Balloons Unlimited

I called to get information regarding there balloons and the lady on the the phone was super rude - I would ask her questions regarding the certain sizes they carry and the price range - she was quick to answer that but the way she was responding was just outrageous. Totally unsatisfied and too top it off so she decided to hang up on me.

We had a great time at our prom for students with special needs, partially due to the transformation of the huge space into an under the sea wonderland. The balloons were a big hit, and it was all free, out of the kindness of their hearts. They did provide additional balloons that I requested for another area at cost and let us use a prop as well. We can't thank them enough for bringing joy to our students and making a special night even more special.

I can't recommend Balloons Unlimited enough. I got sick and couldn't see my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. I called the afternoon before, and they fit me in for a beautiful balloon arrangement to be delivered the next day. On Valentine's Day. I will be using them in the future as much as I can. Thank you again.

I had a wonderful experience working with Kathy on the balloon arch for my sister's baby shower. She took my inspiration pics and created a design that was exactly what I was looking for. It was so adorable and made the perfect centerpiece and photo backdrop for the shower. I also really appreciated being able to do it all over email since I don't live in town. Kathy showed up right on time (first thing in the morning!) and had everything setup in barely 30 mins. She was also flexible on the breakdown time and also had everything down quickly. I would definitely go to Kathy again!

I wish I could give them a 10 start rating. When they say white glove treatment they are not exaggerating. You feel like you are their only customer. I ordered light up letters for our building but I never imagined how amazing they would look. They personally make each set out of wood and they look like they will last forever. The lights really make our Foyer pop. Thank you Balloons Unlimited. Great job.

Kathy made the most wonderful balloons for our crab feed. She knew exactly where and what to put in key locations. Her company generously donated their time and effort to make our event a successful one. Never disappoints. As an event business we rely on consistent, dependable vendors. Throw in creativity and sometimes it is a challenge. But not with this group. They are the best! Always on time- creative beyond imagination - and always a show stopper. Worth every dollar spent. And the festive atmosphere the balloons create takes each event to a new level!

Balloons Unlimited helped us promote our school harvest festival. They were very responsive, showed up when they were supposed, and exceeded our expectations. They were incredibly professional and were able to think on their feet when things were positioned different than we told them they would be.
