Btw they're under new ownership and wow! :D The owner was sooooo sweet, I loved being in there not only is the space so cute, but the VIBES ARE AMAZING everything smells soooo good ... the donuts were EXCELLENT, fresh, tasty, with a (not too much) thicker icing/frosting (how I like it) so yummy! They also have boba and fresh brew Viet coffee :) The Vietnamese coffee was amazing, loved how she asked me for sweetness THANK YOU!!!! She even put some extra goodies in there for me :,) tldr: AMAZING FRESH BREWED VIETNAMESE COFFEE, delicious and great priced donuts, yummy looking sandwiches I will HAVE to try next, and super cute interior :) thank you so much for making my day!! I will be back! PLS TRY THEM OUT :)

Okay I didn't take a picture of it, but we ordered lunch from here today. Yes I said lunch. Hamburgers fries a BLT a chicken sandwich bubble tea.. I could go on I had no idea they had all this food! What a wonderful lunch! It's right up the road for me and I shop in that shopping center regularly, I'm going to have to go in there in person sometime. Excellent lunch. Thanks

Yuck.... the dounts taste really bad, old, and oily. Tried the brown sugar boba tea and it was not good as well. The old fashion glazed, I took one bite and I can't eat it. It was so oily tasting and the inside is pretty much completely soaked in oil. I haven't been in here for a while but did they change owners? I'm not going to be coming back though, that was not good in my opinion.

Don't go. It's dirty inside. The donuts looked stale, so I didn't even try them. And the sandwiches are awful. The lettuce was brown. The turkey meat was so salty and cheap tasting. And they only put one single slice of turkey that hardly covered the bread. The coffee was so watered down that I'd hardly even call it coffee. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Food was made fresh and was tasty, but I asked for extra lettuce, and the owner assured me she added extra lettuce, only to get home and my sandwich had very small amount of lettuce. The service was great, and both the cashier and the owner were really nice people.

New owners with new recipes! The donuts are so fresh and soft. The breakfast food was also delicious, the food taste homemade loved it. New owners are super friendly and welcoming. This shop is nice and clean, they have space to sit and eat, they even had good music playing. Everyone come try it out!
