Wanted to give a shout out to Back 9 for helping me with finding my new driver for 2021.Joe and Larry let me test different shafts and different clubheads until we got a winner. I say Joe and Larry because I am very particular about my golf equipment and I didn't want to rush into a decision, and as a result I hit drivers over multiple days. Joe helped me out on day 1 and then Larry helped my out on the second day. Larry also helped point a few things out with my swing path and angle of attack to optimize my results. Very happy with the final result of my driver and I even ended up buying 2 pairs of Adidas shorts at a great deal. Not only will I be swinging good on the course, but I'll also be looking good. If you need golf gear, go see Joe and Larry. They have clothes, golf bags, grips, putters, irons, woods, and even a solid selection of used clubs as well. Will be going back for my future golf needs.

Went in to get my clubs re-gripped. Joe helped me out and showed me a bunch of grips until I found the one that worked best for me. I dropped them off before close and picked them up after lunch the next day. The new grips look and feel great. Joe even cleaned my clubs up looking like they are new. I also picked up a cheap club in the sale bin that matched my set. Joe found me a headcover to match ! Overall I'm pleased with the friendly service. Support your local businesses and go see Joe. This place is no longer in business. I asked the bartender at the bar nearby and he said Larry closed the store and moved to Florida.

Recently had an amazing experience at Back 9 Golf when I came in looking for a new driver. Larry was extremely helpful and helped me go through a variety of different head and shaft combinations over the course of two sessions. I learned more about my swing and the differences between different shafts and how they work with my swing. Because of all of Larry's help, I'm confident that I left with the best driver for me and my swing.

First things first, the guy with glasses is so unwelcoming. As a guy trying to support small businesses this guys doesn't want you in the store and you're instantly a burden to him. I went in there to put a TM driver tip on a shaft, idk who did it but after a round the ferrule loosened. I took it in and the older guy admitted how bad of a job they did on it. With him openly saying "I wouldn't have let you leave with it" but refused to fix it because it was just "cosmetic" yeah I know it's cosmetic but I paid to get it done the right way by a pro. Anyways he didn't fix it and cuts off the ferrule. So now my shaft looks worse than it did when I came in. This place sucks all around. He admits they did an AWFUL job and is unwilling to fix it unless I repay for their bad work.

The customer service was outstanding; I went in ready to spend more than I did. After answering a few questions, they recommended going a different route.they showed me that they care for the customer and they were not going to sell me more than I needed just to make and extra buck. They helped my son, who just went along, and we bought him a new putter. They worked with him, and gave him some tips.Thank you Back 9 for the great customer service
