Hawaii Shave Ice in So Cal!! Went to a birthday party and they had Bachan's Shave Ice there!!! I feel like so many places advertise "shave ice" but it's more like a snow cone and the flavors they offer are BLAH! But if you get a chance to cater from Bachan's Shave Ice it's literally just like the shave ice in Hawaii!! Ice literally melts in your mouth and the syrups are soooo good! Delicious, professional, easy to work with, and a perfect dessert for a big group! Most people have never had authentic Hawaiian shave ice, which is very thinly shaved to create a unique texture that is powdery soft, light/delicate, and absorbs syrups so much better than typical crushed ice / snow cones. It was such a fun, refreshing treat instead of cake, and our 260 reception guests were raving about it long after the wedding.- Owned and operated by really sweet siblings- They source strawberries from local California farms- Unfortunately there's no storefront right now to try flavors, but Audrey was so sweet in offering samples at an upcoming event- Can operate indoors and outdoors, needing a minimum 6ft x 4ft space- Take credit card (which is nice when every other vendor wants cash)- Unlimited servings within time limit!!

We have a yearly event that we run where we have invited Bachan's Shave Ice twice and they have been simply great! We've hired different catering services for Shave Ice and Bachan has been our favorite! Their dessert taste great (personally my favorite shave ice) and the care in service has been a delight. They will be our main go-to for Shave Ice!

We love Bachan's! Was so excited to be able to have them at our daughter's 5th birthday party. Audrey is so sweet and responsive when it came to questions and ideas that we had. What makes them special is the homemade original syrups and toppings that they make. The flavors are so good and include something for everyone. Their customer service before, at and after the party was wonderful. Our guests of all ages enjoyed the fun and yummy treat at the party. We would recommend Bachan's Shave Ice and can't wait to have them again in the future!

Love trying new small businesses. They're new in LA and an absolute must visit if you're looking for a treat. Their fruit flavors are made with real fruit juice and they really know what they're doing with their toppings!
