Took my 2020 GLI to John to get springs I purchased from APR installed as well as have an alignment done... I got 2 quotes from other shops that were $120 and $230 more than what this place quoted.The techs were really professional and polite, the young lady at the front was also very nice and the owner is very outgoing, I saw as he would talk enthusiastically to people bringing in their modified cars. The work was done flawlessly and the car drives perfectly straight down the highway... I will very likely be coming back for other things I want done to the GLI.

This review only pertains to communication, as I've never been here or done business with the company. I have reached out via their active Instagram account via DM, no response. I've sent multiple messages, nothing.I've called their publicly listed phone number, a lot of times, no answer. I've text messaged their publicly listed "text message" number, got a generic response, but then after asking a question, no response. I'd like to get an alignment and etc, but I cannot get a hold of anyone at this place. Very frustrating.

I had a bad experience here. I came in for a specific service, I just needed oil added to my vehicle. Since I was there I decided to ask for an add on to replace my daylight. I was told both services would take 30 minutes.It took almost 1 and a half hours. As I drove off my oil light came on, so I re-looked at the service order and only my lights had been replaced. The original request for oil add wasn't done. The customer service when I complained about the wrong order was that I had declined the service?! Which made no sense since the only service I really needed was the oil add, so I was over-charged and over paid for a service I didn't need and still need the original service.Needless to say, I took my vehicle elsewhere for the oil add. I'm disappointed and a very dissatisfied customer. Take your vehicle elsewhere where they actually value and treat a customer properly.

I walked into this shop after getting quoted $150-$200 for an alignment at les schuab. Rebecca offered me a solid quote and got my car done that same day. John advised me that there was a few parts in my vehicle that needed To be replaced so I replaced them and came back for a complementary alignment the car runs straighter than ever.

I went in for an alignment got the alignment but after they told me my outer tie rods were bad so I had to get an alignment again, if they told me to get them replaced or fix first I would have, I would have bought the parts if they needed them, but no and a tall white kid with long hair has a rude attitude and cost me money, should fire him. at to know better

If you need a job done quickly and professionally Auto Sport209 is the place to go! They didn't have the items needed for my car in stock but they didn't hesitate to order them for me. The rims came in a few days later and my car was done within the next day. I'll be coming back to this place for years to come!

Duuuude this shop is awesome, I've been out of the car scene but I'm back, and I wouldn't go anywhere else, The owner is awesome the crew is awesome and the young lady behind the counter is grrreat and friendly, I can't wait to go back

Everything started out great. They told me they would text me and I can reply to their text with all the information I need to get a quote. I send everything and then they didn't reply. Messaged them again the next day and still no reply. Not sure what else to do. I was really hoping they could help.
