Sooo many FAKE reviews on this place....anyways I purchased a 2017 Tundra from this dealer and was satisfied at first. 3 months later, after engaging 4wheel drive for the first time the axle CV pops out due to the aftermarket lift/level kit. Even though the dealer installed the aftermarket level kit but not the lift kit, they take no responsibility for the vehicle they sold me. I put less than 2k miles on the truck and engaged 4wd for the first time and then BAM the aftermarket kit causes the axle to slip off. They dont inspect these vehicles because I had to point out that the emergency brake wasnt working. The mechanic shop marked the truck as unsafe to drive. They knowingly installed aftermarket parts and then knowingly sold me a warranty that doesnt cover anything aftermarket. Disappointed with this outcome. Now I'm on the line for the repair. Considering legal action.

They were very friendly yet professional. I was planning on shopping around. They offered a deal I couldn't pass up and I bought a really sweet ride.

way to act like you care online!! lol......in the 1st 3 months we had to spend almost 4000.00 in repairs ...since then we had to spend 2300.00 ...engine misfire...drive shaft...melted on original spark plugs!! and much more lol we have tried to contact you sooooooo many times and we have not once recieved a call back! I also just called in to request a copy of the used car inspection you had done on it and all service history and we were told to have an attorney put it into writing! Your buisness is a joke! you only offered us 150.00 towards 1000.00 in new tires we had to purchase 3 weeks in because of the gouges in them from the janky ,half ass lowering kit you put on it!! you have not helped with one thing and anytime we call there for you, your rude ass employees say your not there.nobody should buy a vehicle from you!!! this truck had to have the whole engine shop vac'd out there was so much sand in the engine! my mechanic said it looked like it was in a hurricane or submerged!! we are going legal..

Was interested in an SUV that they had both advertised on Craigslist and on there own website with a sales price of $16999.00 which is what was the KBB for the SUV. Took the trip down to Modesto to check it out and was told that the asking price was 20 grand (Far from what they were advertising) when discussing this with the sales man his response was "Oh really where did you see that?? Can I see the post?" which I showed then he went on to explain how that was a mistake on there end and not the true price. Not my problem as far as im concerned dont sit there an explain that to me own up to your mistake! All in all we left thinking if your gonna be shady with the price of your vehicles what else are you gonna be shady about.Moral of the story will be purchasing for a reputable carlot that doesnt have misleading information!And to follow up on the reply from the business this was 20 grand prior to tax licensing and fees. Read all the reviews left on this dealership there's definitely some shady business going on.

I bought my truck there even though I had no credit. They even helped with the down. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very low pressure and easy to work with. The selection is awesome and they are always get new cars in.

This is the worst dealership to ever purchase a vehicle from!!! I bought a Jeep Wrangler from this dealership after being in a car accident. They sold me a 2007 Jeep Wrangler. They wanted 20,000 for the car. I mentioned the missing hubcap and few other things I didn't like that were missing and the salesman said I was being petty and they wouldn't lower the price. We signed the papers on agreement that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. There was literally a page stating the issues that this car doesn't have. Turned out, one tire had a huge hole in it. One was way too big and was causing the car to pull to the right. We asked for them to pay for new tires and they insisted we drive back to Modesto (2hrs) so they can get $40 tires to put on it. After calling several times, we were finally sent a check for tires. But that was the beginning. After getting rid of the big tire, the car started shaking violently and almost got me in an accident. I cannot drive over 30mph without this happening. The repairs will exceed $10,000 dollars, WHICH I DONT HAVE....I called and asked what can be done and Mike said nothing because we bought it "as-is" and maybe I should drive to Modesto so their mechanics can look at it.... HOW??? At 30mph. I put $10,000 down on this car and it's now for nothing. These men that work here are shady and money greedy. We asked for them to buy it back and the manager Cesar wanted to only offer $12,000 and said it wasn't a good business move if he paid more. I spent have a hour with the salesman and Cesar arguing!!! Terrible customer service. After you leave the lot, they could care less if you made it home safely in the junk POS they sold you. Don't shop here. They buy their cars from crappy auctions. My car has had 9 previous owners and has been in multiple states which explains why they were reluctant to show the carfax*update* Ending up in a case with auto shopper and received the down payment of $10,000 back.

Long over due review..I'm a much more active yelper now. Saw a white s2000 I've been wanting for the longest tims. Came across their ad in 2013 (when I first bought the car) and drove down there right away after work. Went there, saw it with the top down and fell in love. Test drove it.. It was fine. It wasn't until I put the top after driving that I noticed there was a gigantic tear in the top. Wasn't disclosed in the ad nor by the salesman over the phone and in person. Negotiated and they would only take $500 off so whatever..I've been looking for a white with tan one for over a year and had to buy it. Bought it.. Week or so later they said they need me to bring the car because they didn't finish the DMV stuff. I wasnt very happy since I live 40 minutes away. Went there and took a loaner home. Got my car a day or two later and had to negotiate them giving my gas money for wasting my time. Motor blew a few months later, turned out there was a ton of oil leaks and a rod knock. I didn't think of going back and complaining since it was a buy as is vehicle. Got my mechanic to install a new engibe. Two years later (from purchase date) I went to get it smogged and failed since the smogtech said I have a misfire and check engine light should be on. I was confused since it never came on from purchase.Come to find out ...the check engine light bulb was burnt!! I'm not sure if they replaced it with a burnt bulb to release liability on their end in case something happened, or they didn't bother testing the car before selling it. Either way I wouldn't go back here nor recommend my fellow yelpers. Looking back, I've realized how crappy majority of their cars are.

Salesman are super rude, I asked for the carfax since they didnt provide the details over the phone. I called about the genesis coupe 2.0t ask my usual questions about it. I forgot to ask about the carfax and the mileage on it, so i called them back and they told me just look online for the infos and then i asked for the mileage on the car (which was advertised for 45k) but was told that it had 66k on it. I was confused about it so decided to go in and check it myself. When i got there, they took 10+ mins just to come out and greet us and also gave us attitude! After looking at the Genesis i asked them questions about it and they didnt even answer the question but repeated themself. The car had alot of scratches, dents, and it was also super dirty inside! They didnt even clean the inside of the car nor did they dust it off. So much problems with the cars.The car looked good from pictures but being in person is very different. Anyone who buys from them will regret it, I'm glad i walked away buying a piece of junk.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: okay so i brought the car last month, and a day later the check engine light came on, they told me to bring it in and they'd fix the problem.. To make a long story short I've took it back 4 times for the same code, and this last time they had my car for almost 3 weeks!! And guess what? THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS STILL ON. They kept giving me the run around that there mechanic is fixing it, i went a week and a half not knowing which shop my car was at or what has been worked on.I literally had to keep calling to find out where it was, they did not update me at all which was vey unprofessional. Who doesn't call and let someone know whats going on with there car or where the car is? So today i had to go to their mechanic shop and pick up my car because i kept calling the mechanic and he turned his phone off... i was fed up and got tired of waiting..which made me drive down there, the mechanic kept saying the car was fine and there was no check engine light on and once i come get my car he wasn't even there, his kids gave me the key because i showed up unannounced..its sad i had to go get my car because i was fed up of not having my car and playing the back and forth game.... almost three weeks without my car for the same code to be on.. and i went to take it in and TWO OTHER CODES SHOWED UP.....and it doesn't seem like nothing was even fixed, so now my mechanics going to check it out and figure out whats going on.... how do u have a mechanic and do not know whats going on with the car after 3 weeks?????my first time buying a car and i have learned so much, i will NEVER buy from here again! I thought i was going to get a reliable car and not have to worry about car troubles and i did! I do want to thank nestor for being patient.. while frank was RUDE and made us feelUncomfortable like we were irritating or bothering him... and ceaser the owner should have been more professional about the situation with my car.... All i wanted was a reliable car for me and my two children. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE AT ALL!
