Booked for several occasions. Whatever the occasion. Weddings, wine trips, girls night, etc...We were flying to Mexico and were picked up at 4am to fly out of SF. Flying with two children 6 and 7, the driver was concerned if kids were warm and checked several times. Got there with plenty of time to spare.Then we booked for our honey moon flying out of San Jose, again picked up at 4am in manteca. Missed all the traffic coming out of the valley. Ride couldn't have been any smoother. And when we were picked back up, they were there waiting when the plane arrived. The third time we were picked up we flew out of San Jose and we're picked up from manteca at 4am with 4 adults and 2 children. Definitely can stressful on me, but they got us there once again without the added stress of travels. When we landed they were waiting. We even asked to make a stop to pick up one more passenger in San Jose before returning home.Would I use them again, of course. Reliable, cost efficient, and respectful. Thank you for your transportation and keeping my family safe.

This past weekend, 10 of us took the Mercedes Sprinter party bus from Aurora Limousine to the SF Hornblower cruise for brunch. Jerry was our driver. I had spoken with him 1 mo. prior, to arrange transportation for my husbands 60th BD surprise. Jerry was not only a pleasure to work with on the phone, but was prompt and polite as our driver. We wouldn't hesitate to go with Aurora next time. Maybe wine tasting in Napa. Thanks again JERRY!RB and DB : )

I've tried getting in touch with Jerry on several occasions to book him for my wedding and every time I call, he is too busy to talk to me. He's asked me to call back and gave me a time, I called back and he was still too busy. He then said that he would call me back and I never heard from him. I understand being busy, but you run a business and should be professional. You should WANT my business, I am done trying to convince you of that.

Great experience from quote to drop off. Quote came back quickly, on budget (and very short notice). Bobby our driver was so awesome. Very professional, courteous, and funny to boot! Limo was clean and met all our needs for the evening.

Very friendly service from the phone to the drivers. They were on time for my 18 year old daughter who was traveling alone. Her flight got cancelled on the way home and they were kind enough to send a driver to another airport. I will definitely use them again.

I had a great experience using Aurora Limo service last week. Making the reservation was very easy, the car was very clean, and the driver , Ruben, was very professional and friendly. We had a great experience with Aurora for our wedding transportation needs. We used two of their SUV's since we couldn't have a stretch vehicle go through the front of our reception site. Both vehicles looked new, were very clean and comfortable. The drivers were very friendly and efficient. They had gone out to the sites beforehand and mapped out exactly where to let us out. Jerry was the point-person for setting up the details and payment plans, and he was always accommodating and honest. He helped out with a few suggestions for our needs and it was all sound advice and I could tell he wasn't trying to sell me a bill.We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to someone else.
