Doug, the owner has assembled the most amazing staff; kind, informative, honest and clear. I watched for a long time and saw every staff member smile and do their best to please their customers. Most went out of their way to make sure each and every person who visited the store left satisfied, knowing they had been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism.I know this to be true; it is exactly how I was treated while solving a manufacturer's issue on an eBike I purchased. ATV Wholesale Outlet has the best customer service and the best selection of electric bikes anywhere. We bought our bikes from Jacob, the owner, in 2021. We have loved our Ride1Up bikes and have never had an issue with either bike. Every time we have come in for questions or to buy accessories Jacob has personally helped us. It has been great comfort knowing that we have a reputable and pleasant place to service or bikes.

We visited ATV Wholesale Outlet in Sacramento, from Modesto, because it was one of the Lectric bike dealers that we could test drive the bike. We had our minds set on purchasing two of the Lectric XP Lite, but our customer service person, Danielle, helped us find the right bike for my wife and me. I went with the Lectric XP 3.0, with the long-range battery, and I love it. My wife selected the Ride1Up Portola, which was easier to step into. We've put about 30 miles on them so far. We've ridden our local bike trail, rode West Cliff Drive in Santa Cruz, and out to Wilder Ranch and back.
