Aspire Apartments

DO NOT RENT HERE.My fiancée and I applied a month in advance to move here out of state. We were approved, received a call from the manager stating we both passed the credit check, everything was good to go. Mind you my fiancée is in the military and we were moving from out of state. We hired movers and planned our job relocations around the move in date for these apartments. A copy of our credit reports for both of us were also emailed to us by them. The manager stated everything was good to go, they were just waiting on my current apartments to send back the rental history form, and that was the only thing they were waiting on, and that they would call me to confirm as soon as they received this form. 5 days go by and I don't hear anything from them so I decide to call. At this point it is 10 days before our move in date. Dillon answers and says the lady who does the verification isn't in today, but "by the way has anyone called you to tell you that your fiancées social came back as never having been issued by the SSA?" I said NO, absolutely not no one has called to tell us that, and I don't know how his social came back as invalid because you guys sent him a copy of his credit report that you ran using his social. Dillon could not make it make sense, he had no clue, but per company policy Aaron needs to bring his physical social to the office in order to move forward. AARON IS DEPLOYED AND WE ARE OUT OF STATE, HE CANNOT COME DOWN TO BRING HIS SOCIAL. I immediately applied for another place and we got automatically approved, no issues with Aaron's social. When I emailed and asked for our holding deposit back, I received this response from Dillon. No empathy for a service member on deployment, or the fact that this was an error done by YOUR OFFICE. This place is garbage. Do not rent. They are so nice until you get approved and it's impossible to get ahold of anyone here, and their staff is incompetent. Also based on other reviews the place is super dirty and the staff is awful. Never again.

We moved in March 1st, 2023.I didn't want to trust the reviews since we loved the way the place looked. Should've went with it and stayed clear. We moved from San Jose to Tracy.From the outside it's nice. Everything looks good. But that's about it. I want to love the place but the cons are just weighing in daily that I don't love the place we're suppose to call home.The tenants...The biggest con for me. The people here. Some of them have dogs and don't even pick up their dog's poop even though the apartment complex has dog poop stations that have trash bins and poop bags. It's Unsanitary. Also people be feeding stray cats that the cats continue to go up on cars which can cause scratches on em or dirtying them. The loudness of upstairs people. I wish I knew this before even committing to this place. We came here expecting peace and quiet. Pretty much got the opposite. We don't hear any other noise from other tenants that share the same floor but the one directly above us. It's insane..The whole "it's a 2 year old kid" excuse is old. Clearly there is an ADULT in that unit to teach them to consider there is people below that are either working or trying to enjoy THEIR RIGHT to peace and quiet. I didn't sign up to live under people that allow running around and heavy dropping of whatever it is. There's also a package stealer out here which prompted me to write this review. Two of our packages are missing. Back to back days. Today again and it pissed me off. The trackers say delivered to locker. I'm expecting it to be in the Amazon locker but no code was given. As soon as we get to the mailroom there's packages and envelopes all over the place. Myself and two others were going through the packages trying to find ours. One found both his packages. Mine were no show. We also put them back neatly in the bins. Apparently others can't do the same.Stuck in a miserable lease. Can't wait to move out. Gave this place the benefit of the doubt and I am clearly unhappy being here. -- ConsLoud tenant (thumping, loud footsteps upstairs. Door slamming)The smell of marijuana in the hallways as well as trashDog owners don't pick their dog waste so expect it on the grass areas and sometimes on the walkway.Mail and packages go missing or stolen.No elevators.-- ProsThe employees that work here are friendly and helpful. We had maintenance request put in and work was done fast and clean.

What a beautiful community the people are friendly and the location is very convenient. I'm excited to move in this month with my family.

Woe... Like too much bad credit, too many bad reviews = a no for me. Glad I read all of these before making my way over there. In this case, I guess "everything that glitters isn't gold"! And there's just too much negative not to be true.

Happy 2025 to all who read this. I have to show gratitude to Ladawn and her Staff. They're amazing. I totally recommend if your able to come be an addition to the Aspire community. Good vibes Only. This apt is 10 outta 10. Ladawn was patient, understanding, & empathetic to me since the 1st day. Thank you Again.

Worst complex EVER. Staff is rude, dismissive, unhelpful. Lived there for 2 years and many items I had made a maintenance ticket for never got taken care of. They do not abide by their own contracts, specifically: gated community has a bunch of gates that don't work so hence not really gated. The no smoking tolerated is a JOKE, the whole complex smells like weed, in fact my bathroom smelled like snoop dawg was there and I didn't even get a signature! Apartment did nothing. Almost every luxury item listed around the community is broken, including the "movie room". On summer weekends that gorgeous pool is filled with ALL of Tracy's drug using alcohol drinking prostitutes. Glass bottles in the pool. Trash cans overfilled AND that premium Valet Garabage service is there to fine you if you leave your trash out past 8am and bring it out before 5pm...not good for anyone who has a job? There are no trash dispensers and you can only leave 3 bags out and not the big ones without being fined. They look through trash for addresses and names so they can fine you. Police are there ALL THE TIME, including SWAT, and lots of domestic disputes. I would skip this place over! Not worth the expense when you are getting low grade service.

The leasing and maintenance staff keeps this complex lovely. They are attentive to any question or maintenance needs and I have only had the best interactions with everyone associated with Aspire in Tracy.

Leasing staff is nice and try their best to be helpful but the apartment is too far gone. The place is absolutely disgusting. These are photos taken from the short walk to my car. It is absolutely filthy and looks like this everyday. Also saw an eviction notice which is pretty common. And this is just the hallways... don't get me started on the hazardous gym and the sorry state of my apartment when I moved in. Only thing maintained is the leasing office

We scheduled a visit and the lady Erica was just plain boring and not even trying to sell us the apartment. Just walked and showed us the apartment, didn't have any conversation and only answered our questions and kept pestering us to apply right there. It was just not a good vibe. Online prices don't match with what she gives fyi. We saw a 2 bed and 2 bath for $2061 and she was giving it for $2600Ridiculous
