Tony was Awesome... Very nice & professional. I was in a Small Doctor's Office parking Lot and he pushed my car out of the spot and got it ready to put on the flatbed..Didn't give a full (5) Stars because after calling Insurance Roadside assistantance, had to wait 1.5 hrs.for them to show up

Left my 18 year old daughter & 2 of her friends in a dark parking lot told them to call a cab at midnight, then Told my roadside asst dispatcher he had 2 of the kids w him. driver argued w me as to when to park vehicle, when he arrived at my house. When i asked for the tow paperwork he drove away. Not even sure of his name. Filed a complaint w my auto Roadside policy. Driver was talking on bluetooth the entire time he wss unloading. My daughter said he was on the call the whole time loading the truck

Driving home from a family camping trip, I had an axle mount break on my 30' travel trailer. Started with AAA - no help. Only covers the truck, not the trailer. Called 4 different tow companies only to be told that they couldn't help. Called the local RV repair shop and they recommended that I call Arrahien. After texting a couple of pictures, the guys knew exactly what to do. Showed up with the big rig truck, jacked up the rear axle, re-positioned the mount and secured the axle using a block of wood and a couple of chains. Got me to the RV repair shop without any problems. I was told that this would be a 2 hour minimum at $375 per hour since they had to bring the heavy wrecker. That seemed fair to me. By the time we were all done, it was 1 hour 55 minutes from when they arrived to when they dropped me off. No up charge. 2 guys were on the job, and they worked fast. Really professional, likeable, and knowledgeable. The guys even recommended a welding company down the road to help with the problem. While I hope to never need their services again, they'll be my first call if I do.Great job guys!

My wife lost car keys on trail at 9000' deep in Yosemite. I knew we were screwed from that moment. Roadside assistance through my insurance was simply a disaster as expected and left us stranded another night. Park services was useless other than advising a day late that we arrange our own tow. This is not easy. Many companies simply won't go up there or they charge a fortune. Arrahien didn't even receive my coordinates but came up from Modesto anyway to try to help us out. Their quote was fair for the distance. One company wanted $1000 for only a chance at service in 5 hrs. It was a difficult spot, but Arrahien were skillful and made it look easy. The driver was super professional, spotlessly clean truck, and friendly and fun to talk to for the long drive. I can't recommend them highly enough. Sidenote, a Chinese couple had been stranded at Yosemite gate for 11/2 hrs, no English, keys locked in the car. Arrahien used his translator app to communicate with them and had them back on the road in less than 10 minutes.

My car broke down on side of freeway and these gentlemen came to save the day. Great customer service, reliable and wait time was under 1 hour. Definitely recommend this company

Excellent Service, need a tow or roadside service CALL THESE GUYS.My classic 74 GMC Truck got stuck in gear in the drive-thru at JO JO's on McHenry at the bend, a very difficult spot to get into to pick up the truck and since it was in gear wheels would not roll. They were there in 10 minutes, maneuvered their big truck into the drive-thru so very careful and concerned about my truck, took their time and got it right. When we got to my house they made sure to drop it exactly where I needed it to the inch.I am an old car guy and in my 69 years, I have never had a tow like this.AND IT WAS NOT A RIP OFF PRICE very reasonable for how hard it was and all the time they spent. GREAT JOB THANKS

They can tow all my hot rods.The driver knew what he was doing with my camaro.Took my concerns into consideration. Bad ass.

Deserves a -1 waited over 2 hrs with their dispatch 20 minutes away from my location. Office wouldn't answer the phone the whole time. 24 hr hour service my @$$. Worst service ever! You guys suck.
