Monica was so helpful throughout the entire event process. We celebrated my daughter's first birthday here with family and friends in May of 2023. Nothing bad to say, will book with them again!

I'm going to start this review out by saying I didn't look at the reviews before signed the contract and viewing the venue! Monica was so amazing and helpful and answered all of our questions! You could imagine my surprise when I decided to read the yelp reviews after we signed our contract. I was legit panicking! Monica was so great and reassured me she was going to make sure my day was perfect! As the date got closer (01/21/2024)she let us come in again and do another walkthrough. Monica was amazing and she let us use all the furniture they had, and provided chairs and tables. She even let us come in the evening before my wedding and let us set up. Oh my gosh that helped so much!Monica and Dennis were so kind and personable, and made my wedding so seamless! On the day of the wedding Dennis was my right hand man to set up all the last min things, as well as be there for anything that not went as planned. There was even a family emergency happen where my dad had to leave early and Dennis said we could stay later to pack up if we needed because he had to go home. Monica and Dennis were so amazing on making this wedding planning so smoothly! They were so easy going and made sure to make all the accommodations I needed and even when out of there way to help make my dad feel cod. I'm not sure what was going on before, as you can read the reviews make you not want to book her, but I'm sure glad Monica and Dennis are in charge now! Thanks for making my day special!

I planned to have my wedding here. My fiancé and I did some walkthroughs and loved the location and aesthetic of the venue - it was perfect for us. We paid a deposit and arranged to have the rehearsal there the day before as well. But they were so disorganized and inconsistent in their communication, so it was a little uneven and doubtful that the event would go as planned. When I followed up about the rehearsal dinner a few months before, they informed us that "the owner" had double booked the venue without them knowing and that we could no longer have the space for the rehearsal the night before as we'd arranged as part of our agreement, invoice, and deposit. They offered another of their properties and free decoration of the space (normally that comes with a fee), which was nice and somewhat accommodating, but we needed to rehearse in the same space so our wedding party would have the same understanding and vision for the day. Ultimately I was fortunate to find availability at another location that I'd researched during my planning. I really wanted to be OK moving forward with this venue, but my fiancé and I just felt uneasy so we pulled out. With the way things unfolded and with how easy it was to be double booked for something ancillary as the rehearsal, and not even being told the space wasn't available until we happened to follow up to lock down some details, we just couldn't risk our day being ruined by any number of oversights or other mishaps. Thankfully the staff was very nice and refunded our deposit.

Finally, Got my refund. Thank you to the assistance from their new marketing manager.

Looked into booking this venue for our wedding. We arrived for our consultation and the consultant was late. It also was a different person ( i believe the assistant of the event manager) who came to meet us. After a few minutes, the assistant told us she can't let us tour today because she does not know the keypad lock code. How unprofessional! So we pretty much wasted our time coming to tour the venue since they could not even unlock the door.A few days later, the assistant reach out to us to reschedule the tour. We agreed for the upcoming sunday. We arrive on time with no one to greet us. A few minutes pass so we text the assistant. She replies by saying she forgot to notify us she can't make it. BS!!! We were in disbelief at how unprofessional and inconsiderate this business is. The event manager never once reached out to applogize or follow up on any mishaps. If this is how it is during the consultation, imagine how unreliable they will be on your wedding day! So disappointed...

I hosted my daughters sweet 16 at Arcade Underground. The venue is perfectly located in Old Sacramento with 2 parking garages in the area. The venue it self is an older building with a commercial look that can easily be transitioned into an elegant event. My favorite is the beautiful brick wall that will give any event a little extra glam,there is also an outside patio that is equally as great as the inside. Juanita (the event coordinator) and her staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. My only complaint is that I decided to do most of the decorations and decorating myself. I would have saved some time and energy utilizing her services a little more. Highly recommend this venue. Thank you so much, we created some wonderful memories here.

One of the greatest venues in old sacramento for private events! Continent place for fundraising events, corporate parties and family celebrations. Recommended!

I can't say enough about the Arcade Underground. To be able to host a party in a historical location with easy access to my family who lives north and south of Sacramento is beyond convenient. I'm so happy with the customer service and options that were available to me, I can't wait for our next event so I can plan to have it here. If you are looking for an event space, I would highly recommend this unique location!

We booked this venue for our wedding and it was the best decision we made. It was perfect for the theme of the wedding. Everything looked amazing and the space was clean and set up nicely when we arrived to decorate. Monica was awesome throughout the whole process! She was super easy to get ahold of and was very helpful in the wedding planning process. The staff there was AMAZING and also super helpful the day of. The location is perfect. I can't recommend this venue enough for your special occasion.

I have actively tried to context this business for ober a. Month AFTER they took my 500$ deposit. I have gotten No calls and no responses to my emails. It's frustrating as I have a baby shower to plan and Bree has left me high and dry. DO NOT send these people a deposit. It shouldn't take a month to reach them. I'm taking this up higher but am done calling them to give them the benefit of doubt. Worst experience I have ever had.
