Arbor Ridge Apts

Why hasn't the jacuzzi been open if over 3 years? How can we politely tell the kids to not leave trash on the playground and not yell profanity? Why do we have a gate that is always open?Why doesn't this place have security? We all pay so much. My car has been broken into 2 times already for no reason. There is trash spilling out of the trash bins and they sink. Let's not talk about WATER BUGS OR ROACHES THAT HAVE MANIFESTED ‍

I've lived here for a year and generally have been happy. They've always been available if I've needed something fixed right away. Management is nice and easy to deal with. The maintenance people are always nice. Neighbors are ok. The apartment itself is nice and roomy with extra space for storage, which I love. The main issue recently has been parking. Oh my God it's been a constant issue. I can never get in to my garage. I have a big car so already it's hard parking it in the small garage, then I have to deal with cars parked in front of their garage and all over the red zones preventing me to be able to get in or out. There have been days when I'm late to work because I haven't been able back out because there are cars parked where they shouldn't be. People use their garage for things other than parking there car is what most of the issue is. I have seen empty garages open with cars parked out front instead of inside. Management says they are sending letter but they need to just tow instead. That's the only way people will possibly stop doing it. There is enough parking, they're just lazy.

Oh Arbor Ridge! What can I say about this apartment complex that won't get me in trouble lol! I first moved out here from Florida in 2002 wuth my father. In 2005, Arbor Ridge was completely brand new and my father was on of the first to move in to a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom! I love the way the layout is of the apartment's. The back building overlooks to the farm land and the peacocks that make there morning wake up call at 7A.M. ;). The staff in the front are usually very nice to me and my father and greet us by name. My father is a very outgoing person so making friends with his neighbors is not a problem. The apartments are animal friendly, which means half the residents have dogs haha. My family dog just like most of the other residents are very well behaved and rarely bark at people. I like that the apartments have a suana, hot tub, steam room, pool, gym and community room (to hold birthday parties).I have to say one thing I don't like is the parking in the B*tch! It has become very crowded in the complex and people have been getting comfortable to park wherever they feel like it, na uh honey! If I gotta go around your car, it needs to be moved boo!! Arbor Ridge tries to put some boundaries and states to residents that they can be towed, which I have seen happen once Hut it should happen more often if you ask me!Overall, very good apartment just be aware that it's expensive as F*ck for these apartments!

I think this place is beyond awesome. I've been here for four years and couldn't be happier. The staff has been stellar, they go out of their way to accommodate. Year round activities for the gated community. My kid loves it here.from the pool, the weight room, basketball courts he has plenty of healthy/safe activities. Finally the club house, which is perfect for meetings,bday parties, get togethers. The front office is always welcoming, fresh coffee and clean linen scented room office makes it hard to leave. (Sorry lol) Anyways. My family and I love adore this place.

I have lived in Arbor Ridge for over 5 years. During this time I can easily say I have had no problems. The office staff and maintenance staff are consistently friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond to any issues that I have. The apartment manager, Cher, always greets you with a smile and is always so reassuring in letting you know that the tenants needs really do matter. The grounds are beautiful and the facilities are always nice and clean. I love having a garage! It's a great place to call home!

This is one of the most disrespectful rude apartments in Brentwood I'd say number 1 in racist! I've lived here for 4 years and have had so many problems that I have looked over due to lies being told to me! It's time the world know that Arbor ridge cares only about who makes the most money! It took them for years to change my counter tops 4 years to half ass fix my cabinets and the mold in my house ohhh my bad the discoloration so they call it!!! Which is still in my house! I have called Maintenance today because I have wholes in my sink, mind you it was only 1 now 4 and I was told not to cook or clean all weekend that me and my 2 children have to wait to use my kitchen until Monday and I'm 4 months pregnant! I will quit my job to make sure no one moves in this hell hold

Our car was stolen from inside the property after living here just one month. There are no cameras here EXCEPT for inside the leasing office. You're safety is the least of their concern here as well as the safety of your personal property. This complex is not secure at all. The staff didn't even call to check on us after our car was stolen even though we reached out to them immediately after it happened. They couldn't have cared less. Honestly find another place to live unless you have no other choice. The apartment is nice overall but not worth the paranoia we have now living here...

Very disappointed in the management They lie to bring you in . I was told it would be a 3 week wait to move in. I waited 3 weeks after that I called just to see what might be the hold up Spoke with Cher and she said we don't even have any 30 day notices we wouldn't have anything Maybe until June . Highly upsetting because I told Ms.perry I needed to move because I am paying 200$ A month for storage . She has now made me wait so there goes 400 thank you arbor ridge apartments for being a compete waste of time .

they are neat and clean, when you need something fixed it is usually done that day or the next. Friendly neighbors.

I lived here for 7yrs and have always had respect for Management. Not much have changed over the years with some personnel moving on as to be expected. The maintenance section has one really special person that's been the mainstay, goes by the name DC, I found out today that he will be leaving. I'm sure he and the family will be fine but it will sure leave a hole in the hearts of those whom had the pleasure of meeting him and most of all appreciate the job task he completed. We got professionalism at its best and his shoes will be hard to fill. The management has already made an error by hiring an amateur.
