Apex Inn

I don't normally take the time to write a review, but my experience was so bad, I had to do that. My wife and I stayed the night in this hotel and had a horrible experience. The room above us was having a party until late into the night. We informed the front desk about it, but they did not do anything about it. It was the worst stay that we had ever had in a hotel. We did not get any sleep that night. The rooms are just OK, and the customer service was lacking. The hotel seems to be family owned and run. The owner or manager does not care about customer service. I highly recommend you save your money and stay somewhere else. I'm surprised this place is still in business. We will never stay in this hotel again. We will make sure that all of our friends know about our horrible experience. There are plenty of other hotels around Modesto. Don't waste your time or money on this little hole in the wall.

This is an average hotel but what makes it better then most is the friendly & accommodating staff, large CLEAN rooms, and they provide the necessary amenities you need for a comfortable stay. They have a gas station and excellent restaurant next door and there's even a bowling alley a very short walk away for some fun! We would stay here again.

This motel is squeaky clean, quiet, with a flat bed, a large room, a good shower, microwave, refrigerator, and polite staff. It is extremely well kept inside and outside, and it is also extremely bare bones. If bare bones doesn't bother you, it doesn't get better than this. Also, Huckleberry's serves a good breakfast right next door.

If you traveling with famaly my advice is to stay away from this place , There was a big roach under my pillow an luckily my wife was taking a shower other wise she would had made me go to the dirty office under construcction to get our money back , Price is about 75 dollars clearly not a deal , for 10 dollars more you could get a nicer place , ASKING AROUND , people were saying that this hotel works with homelees shelters , so you can see lots of street folks going in and out of rooms , So pay a bit more and get something more decent.

Everything was dirty, took a shower and when laid down on top of bed. When I got cold I open the sheets and found food crumbs, hair, dirt, found a dead bug, eye liner stains on pillow and discolored pillow cases like dirty. I then removed layers of dirty sheets to its pad. Sheets and pad all full of pee stains body hair, and dirt. When I made a complaint they offered me a new room. I refused to stay and they said no money back. Room 209 then they made it seem like it was my fault. He said their is no bed bugs in their rooms. And that everything was clean. My girlfriend developed hives all over her body. And I on my legs. How do I report them this is unacceptable. I stood in the room only 2 hours

Definitely one of the best hotels in Modesto the rooms are super big clean the manager is really nice humble and cares about his customers definitely no Motel 6... I highly recommend this place for great customer service great rooms great price apex inn

This hotel was a very pleasant stay not because of its location but because of the hospitality. The manager was very kind and went out of his way to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Not to mention how easy it was to check in and out without any unneeded stress. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is around and wants an affordable place to rest.
