Chad is awesome!!!! He helped us out in an emergency with our trailer. He explained everything in an easy to understand way without making us feel dumb We are very grateful and will be able to make our cross country move safely

I would not service my outboard at this place..$490.00 for impeller, 2 spark plugs, 1 qt of oil, and a fuel filter. They didn't have a gas tank to test my engine so I had to give them mine. The gal at the counter wanted to add on another $35 to test my outboard.. They put it in the water tank and bring out a amp meter to test alternator without connecting a battery.. Then they tell me Tohatsu parts were hard to get for 2012 which is basically the same as a 9.8 Mercury. Do a search on impeller kit 3B2-87322-2 and tell me how hard this part is to find...Enough said-

Great knowledge and service. I've never had a shop spend so much time with me explaining and educating me about a topic. They checked, cleaned and packed the wheel bearings on my Casita trailer and discussed brake controllers and helped me adjust mine. This the second time I've had work done there and will continue to go there. The owner, Chad, is great to work with.
