Went to pick up my gun today after the 10 day waiting period and unfortunately had a terrible experience. The story is that I went in and I'm new to guns and just like anyone else, I had a good bunch of questions, but the guy in this photo, from the moment I walked in to the moment I left treated me with COMPLETE DISRESPECT. Let me explain how.The look he gave me from the point I entered this afternoon at about 4:30 to the moment I left at around 5:20 was a very disgusting and rather nasty look because apparently I came in a half hour before closing which in my eyes, ok to do given how long it took them to process my gun, even though I walked in WITH NOTHING BUT POSITIVITY. This employee was too concerned with the few minutes after his shift ended that "HE WOULD BE LOSING" than to help a customer who ultimately would've given thousands of dollars in business to this establishment and made the entire interaction uncomfortable and very disrespectful. If any of you don't believe me, feel free to ask his co worker who was also there that shift how he acted towards me completely unprovoked.( for context his coworker was a taller younger Caucasian male). This guy in the photo LITERALLY TOLD ME" If I give you the gun, promise me that YOU WILL NEVER COME BACK" can anyone actually comprehend that level of disrespect??? That is actually ridiculous that 1) he has the authority to say those type of things while on shift 2) that he treats people he doesn't know at all like that.My model is to treat people how you want to be treated and that kindness really does go a long way and today, this young gentlemen displayed everything but that, and for that reason, I DO NOT Recommend THIS GUN STORE TO ANYONE unless you want to get your feelings hurt unprovoked, then be my guest! To the employee who treated me like trash, you have a lot to learn in life , and treating people that way will certainly not get you far! Rant over

Good selection of ammo and guns , but the service !!! Smh I wish I remembered the guys name but super annoying and rude . I have purchased a lot of firearms up and down the state and by far this was and has been the worst experience of my life in purchasing firearms. Lucky they did have a guy that was able to step in and take control of the situation. Even when I picked up the gun this place called me back and wanted me to bring back the gun to "recheck" the serial number even after it was checked 3 times by myself and the people that worked there. Needless to say I didn't go back.

10/10 on everything. Amazing friendly staff that feel like good friends. Prices are out of this world. My one and only go to ammo shop. I recommend them to everyone anyone who needs simple range ammo and/or high quality ammo. I drop a few hundred every time I come in the shop because how amazing this little store is. I have never bought a firearm here but they sure do have a great selection at some pretty good prices. Thank you to all the staff for always making sure I'm taken care of.

1st guy was Incompetent with mag laws. So he turned to the 2nd guy. 2nd guy completely blew me off. Said to me "How many mags do you need? I'm not even going to look up pricing unless you're going to order at least 5 mags. It's not worth it paying shipping for 1 mag." In disbelief and walked out and will never give them a penny of my money. This place can E.A.D and fail. Fuhhhhhhh this place.

I visited the store and was politely welcomed by Robert. I bought a quantity of ammo and the service was great. I paid, did the usual BS paperwork that Gruesome Gavin Newsom is responsible for and left.The service was good but good grief the price of ammunition is through the roof. Post Covid the price of ammunition makes me believe that we're being gouged.

Easy going guys even with the hectic times we are in. Transactions i have made there have gone very well.
