Best experience I had while shopping for a Grand Highlander. Avery was amazing and made sure he was getting me the best price and was very open and transparent. He even came in on his day off to make sure my paperwork was in order before I got there. Chris humored my anxiety and reassured me when it arrived that it actually was what the paperwork had said and what I wanted. Tyler streamlined the entire finance office side of things and got me in, out, set up with the Toyota app, and comfortable in the car in about 45 minutes! Thank you all!

We had a 3 pm appointment to test drive a Highlander with Chris. When we arrived (45-minute drive) Chris was at lunch (who makes an appointment for their lunch break?). Other sales staff tried to find the vehicle, and eventually determined it had been sold 20 minutes earlier. Although it was on-site, they would not make it available to look at. Chris would not come out from the back room to talk to us. No call ahead of time to tell us it was being sold and save us a trip. No apology for wasting two hours of our afternoon. Needless to say, we will never be returning to this dealership or recommending it to anyone. This is rude and unprofessional behavior even by car dealer standards.

They were friendly and fast with my service very professional and had fresh popcorn and hot coffee

I purchased a used 2021 Highlander XSE at Ammaar's and couldn't be happier with the whole experience from their gorgeous showroom to their Awesome Salesman Sean! If you're in the market for new or used please don't hesitate to go visit Sean! I am so happy with how knowledgeable he was throughout my experience. Not to mention his patience and kindness for the hundreds of questions I had and still continue to have even after driving the car off the lot. The experience in purchasing our new Venza was amazing Pati was great to work with she was patient and considerate. We were trying to decide on 2 different cars Pati was so nice to bring both cars side by side. And the was patient enough to allow us to go home and really think about it.My husband loves his new car and i love the gas budget friendly.

Emailed in advance and was able to negotiate the price I wanted to pay for my new Tacoma Trailhunter before I drove 2 hours from San Jose. Met with Tyler who was super organized and didn't do any high pressure sales tactics. I definitely appreciated they didn't do any stupid add-ons like some dealerships do (no $70 USB cables!) but a little annoying they etch every catalytic converter. I get why (CA law), but would of been nice to be able to opt out. Will say though that Tyler was up front about it before I drove out, so there were no surprises.Overall, Tyler was very clear and upfront about everything and I really appreciated his professionalism. I was in and out in 2 hours, even with my trade in.

3 hour wait for a oil change and an alignment . They had to "test drive " my truck 3 times

Buyer Beware. They Scam you in finance and use High Pressure sales to get you to buy extended warranty. I then tried to cancel it thru the dealership and they ignored my phone calls, I then called Toyota 1/2 a dozen times. The dealership has not returned the signed cancellation form. I have written a formal letter of complaint to Toyota. Got a call back this morning and was informed that the dealership is under investigation for shady dealings. I will update as this progresses. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER.
