American Paintball Park

Cliff is the man. For many reasons, I adopted this place last year as my new home field. I love this sport and can tell that the owner, Cliff, and his crew do, too. They treat their customers tremendously and want everyone to have a fantastic time. The regulars are a friendly group of talented players who are happy to help you improve. If you're a rec ball player looking for a competitive but laid-back environment, you just found it. I've also witnessed several birthday parties of rental players who always have a good time. Highly recommend checking out APP!

Caleb (I believe that's how we spell his name) was a fantastic facilitator. He was informative and patient. Everyone who worked there, was friendly, approachable, helpful and fast. Will come back again!

American Paintball Park is notJust paintball. Sure that's what you go there for but you leave there truly feeling a sense of the community they've built. Cliff goes above and beyond to ensure your kids have fun and do it safely. The other community members follow his lead by also making sure things are safe and fun. My son and his friends had an awesome time (they went both Saturday and Sunday!) and I did too. We will definitely be back!

Field trip day and kids had soooo much fun! Instructor was very professional and values safety! Definitely an activity for the teens. Each kid was able to bring home their mask.

Great place for paintball. Lots of different games. Lots of help around. The owner and his help were perfect. Easy sign up and games all day. Hpa tank refills too. Today was my first time there. I'm going back tomorrow.

Has a year really passed?? Here we are again!! Another birthday party.. same place (prob different time) and same pizza place (Pizza Guys on Vasco spot on same as last time too!!)Not much to add except Cliff was awesome, place is fairly laid back (reminds me of my past skydives in Byron).. the paintballers and staff are all great to be around. Great vibe.This year we were here for my twins 13th birthday. They all loved it. Just dress for it! Paintballs can hurt if not covered, hence, I got less photos as the path up the hill where they went the second half this year worried me in my workout tights and short sleeve top.. the kids were all dressed for the occasion and only a few bruises but all say well worth the fun..We LOVED it... AGAIN!

I book a 3 hr party pass for Sunday January 14, 2024 and we had about 13 people playing and it was a great experience of fun and pain (if you don't wear a lot of layers). We had 3 birthday in the crew. They gave us rentals of what you need (gun, mask, air tank, and paint balls) totally worth. The best part there's a dog name Chicken. He's the cutest!!! Had too much fun that I forgot to take a picture lol. 3 hrs seems like a lot but the time passes by really quickly!

I visited APP for the first time today and had an amazing experience. I heard about APP because a bunch of their regulars/employees come to my home field and I absolutely love working when they all come by. They always come to my home field in large groups, are always super respectful, and they are very very skilled. I figured I'd finally give them a visit.Some small things that I really appreciated happened right when I turned in. They have a bunch of American flags waving around and every wood post has some decommissioned rental masks draping down. They make it very clear that if you're looking for the paintball field, you're in the right place. It really gets you pumped. Another random thing is that I love that there's two lanes for coming in and out. If you're a paintballer that visits many places, you know that most fields always have one lane for both incoming and outgoing traffic.As for this review, the staff here is amazing! I walked up to the front with my guys and was instantly welcomed by Cliff the owner. I love his positive energy along with the rest of the team. The field is pretty awesome too. It's one large field that they separate into smaller segments.Pricing here is solid. 30 bucks for self-equipped players + the price of paint. Their website says that you can bring your own paint as long as the "fill" of the paint fits their criteria. I brought some of my own paint but I made sure to purchase a few cases out of respect for the park. Paintball businesses deserve all the money that they can get to help grow the sport. If I were to guess, they run games every 20-30 minutes which seems like the perfect pace. I love that they get a game going and then switch sides immediately after so that we get the most out of our gameplay.As for the environment, I love how intimate the staging area can be. It feels pretty compact so you're always sitting with everyone else waiting the play. The sense of community is very very strong here.Overall I enjoyed myself and can go as far as saying that this is my new favorite place to play. Given that I live in Walnut Creek, this can damn near be my new home field that I can frequent.I love the field. The parking lot/staging area is great. Staff is amazing and the business is ran very professionally. I'll be back!

Thank goodness American Paintball park is in the east bay. The owner Clif is really great. Connor was out coach for the day, and he goes above and beyond to make the experience perfect. We try to come out as often as we get the chance because this pb park is hands down the best in the Bay Area/ nor cal. We love it here. The vibe is awesome and so are the people.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Clif is awesome, I love how he goes in depth with the rules right before. The area is huge, it's most definitely a park :). The young men that take you to your location are super sweet and respectful as well. I love how they give breaks in between as well. Thank you all for the great customer service!!! You guys rock!
