American Inn and Suites

We just from mall in Stockton now we can't into because the hook was stuck which we can't in the room it bad service . Some have roach plus some tv not work and very slow wifi They not friendly not help and won't refundable please not recommend go there this hotel

Dirty, dirty, dirty!!!! Office is no help. No garbage cans to find. Rooms have missing things like batteries, shower curtains, carpet is dirty. There's many health violations here.

This has got to be the nastiest motel i have ever seen they had to refund money because i call them to the room so they could c the sheets was super dirty make up all over them comforter was stain holes in the sheets and comforter floor stained very bad tv did not work they should close this place down

This was by far one of the most nastiest places I have ever stayed. The had it all. Drugs dealers & hookers. On top of it the management were over the top rude. I called to check on when my deposit was going to be released, they told me to never call them again & hung up on me. Damn!! Please spend a little more & never stay at this place.

Worst hotel I have ever been to. No refunds once you have paid so was stuck here. It was disgusting. I wouldn't get in that shower or bed if you paid me. Locks broken and missing, holes in the walls. Very unsavory characters hanging about. I would have been better off sleeping in my car.

To bad place to stay is expensive dirty old costumer service very bad attitude this place is for people which living for long time in the rooms so is not hotel for vacation in fact nether for night

Not one star! Very prejudice, which seems amazing to me ... considering these reviews that i probably should have read before booking this place! Aweful customer service. Rude and disrespectful

This was a Terrible place to stay. Please do not waste your time and money! The blinds were duck taped, the floors were stained and filthy, the shower had sever water damage to the ceiling. Super dirty place. The surrounding business have bars on all of the windows, the police were arresting people across the street, and other guests were screaming and fighting all night. HOWEVER, staff was very great about refunding us for the following night that we had planned to stay but decided otherwise.
