I really recommend business. The owner was very knowledgeable different items I was asking about. He was very sweet. Very patient. I did not feel like he was trying to get over on me. I went in by myself without my husband. Customer service is a 10 out of 10 my purchase of my bed for my spare room 10 out of 10 overall I am truly happy with my purchase.

Wanna charge a delivery and set up fee for $100.00 and I live about 7 miles from store. Ordered from a previous store a full bedroom set and there delivery and set up was free and same distance. Give me free delivery !!!

I went in there to look around and I opened an economics book they had on a table and the old Asian salesman rudely yelled across the entire store "quit playing around." This place has AWFUL service and outrageous prices for dusty, low quality furniture. The place smells like an old meat market too. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

This man is a joke when it comes to conducting business. We purchased a bedroom set from American Fine Furnishing which included a bed frame, mattress, nightstand, dresser, and VANITY from him in Summer 2020. The pandemic struck and as we all know the world went crazy and everything that was important wasn't as important at the time. So parts of our order came in, but the vanity was back ordered which he explained that since Covid struck everything is backordered, everything is out of stock and the timeframes are not normal at this time. We understood this, but after 6 months of not getting the vanity and being normal adults with busy lives we began to call less frequently because every single time I called he gave me the same story and was so positive that he would call us when it arrived. We continued to call and call at least once a month until we just didn't. My husband attempted to try and get the vanity for our daughter that we ALREADY PAID FOR and this man is unprofessional as all can be. He called us liars, we produced receipts, he then asked to show the phone records as we tried to get the records for him as we are honest people he decided that wasnt good enough all of a sudden so he basically has stolen from us and the way he spoke to my husband was unprofessional as all can be! This is the owner of this location Johnny and he is the most rude human in face to face customer service I've ever dealt with. He told him to go ahead call the cops, call a lawyer, that he didn't give a s*** and do what we had to do basically because he all of a sudden didn't remember us, but last year he did when he still didnt have our item. We didn't want our money back we just wanted to complete our daughters room we had started at the start of the pandemic. He does terrible business (I mean look at his other reviews) and I suggest going elsewhere when it comes to making such large purchases for furniture as he does not appreciate the business and does not conduct himself as a professional businessman with empathy, understanding, tact, and respect nor even to give his customers the benefit of the doubt. He said and I quote " I dont keep records from 2 years ago" so our sale was never important to him. Please go elsewhere.

Rude , Shady business dealings, verbally abrasive salesman who obviously try to berate women and disrespect them!! Sorry Johnny .. you met the wrong one !!! Cheap furniture overpriced , you can find the stuff online for 400-500 dollars cheaper!!! You have been warned!

Love love love my new couches and dining room set . It took longer than expected due to pandemic but owner was really nice and we kept in touch . My delivery guys were really fast and helpful . Thank you for going above and beyond so that my vision could come to life !!!

Terrible service. Very rude salesman who couldn't be bothered to get out of his chair. I will not be back.

I have read through most of these reviews, after purchasing my sectional sofa. I'm actually glad I didn't read them prior to my experience with Johnny and his business.From the moment my husband and I walked into his business, he was very kind and very professional. He was also extremely helpful in helping us to custom design our sofa for our specific needs. He told us it would be ready for delivery in 4-6 weeks. We were thrilled when our sofa was completed and ready for delivery in 3 1/2 weeks.Johnny delivered it to our home, by himself, in the most careful, experienced and considerate manner. The sofa was packed in a way that there was no way it could have been damaged while moving and Johnny's experience in moving furniture by himself was very evident. He took the utmost care in removing the packaging and placing the sofa's in the desired place. He was kind and friendly during this entire process.My husband and I are not familiar with the man that has been reviewed negatively in this thread. The sofa we received is absolutely beautiful and extremely well made. We could not be happier with our purchase and we feel fortunate to have met Johnny. We are completely pleased with our experience. We will definitely give him a 5 star rating to anyone looking for new furnishings. Thankyou again, Johnny. It was a pleasure.Bill and Mel B.

The owner doesn't even have staff to move furniture! He will drop off my sofa bed on sidewalk. When I purchased he said I would have to pay $100 for him to get a helper.Now he says there is no helper for the past 3 weeks. I asked if I could exchange for a different product but he won't return the sofa. He tells me to keep waiting.
