American Canyon Paintball Jungle

About 20 years ago, I played my first day of paintball at Jungle. Immediately, I was hooked. The staff treated me well as a newbie, and I had a fantastic time. Fast forward to today. The field has changed quite a bit, but it's still a fantastic time. - Despite the other reviews saying the contrary, this field is GREAT for new players. The refs are helpful and kind. Keep in mind that rental guns are rental guns. They could be better, and at times, you will feel outgunned--the purpose of renting is to decide whether you love the sport. If you do, save up some money and grab some gear. Nowadays, high-end gear has gotten pretty cheap. - The field is well laid out with forts, bunkers, trees, etc. - I haven't personally experienced players being drunk, as has been mentioned in some other reviews. - Safety is a consistent priority with staff. I can't recommend this place enough for woodsball/rec play.

Fantastic field with awesome structures and good refs. The problem is some of the people (specifically Hornets team members) treat you like you're inconveniencing them by being there. When it was my turn in line the sign-in guy just glared at me. Suggestions on what to say to customers: "Hi, need admission and paintballs?" Or "Hey how's it going!" Don't just stare at the customer or say "can I help you?" with a frown on your face.

Beeswax - big game (always after lunch) was a ton of fun. It's been awhile since we've played but the fun and thrill come right back. This is the one game everyone should and needs to play. Great place for kids to experience paintball (assuming they are ready for it). If you bring kids first experience should be in the fall or winter where you wear more padding / thick coat. Paintball is not air soft so you want their initial experience to be fun. Hyper ball courts are a good place to do 1 on 1's or equal groups before heading into the main field. In fact our group started at age 11 and we returned with a good sized group of 18-19 year olds!As many of mentioned, we loved the old field before it got cleared out. That said the new fort and teepees are awesome.

So, I cannot relate to any of the negative reviews listed, our experience we excellent. Everyone we interacted with were consistently professional at all times. The owner even came and chatted with us for a bit, real nice guy. We had a party of eight kids aged 8-13 and they had a blast. Our party was assigned a referee and he was focused on safety, keeping kids engaged, playing fair and having fun while taking them to multiple (seriously, like 7 different) courts/venues. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Paintball Jungle!

Everything coo ig, didn't have a tank so I rented it out and gave my ID and on Monday I get this letter saying I stole a paintball gun??? What! Literally was my first time after 5 years and getting accused of stealing, wow. Trying to have the employees help me out but they won't give me his number to contact him to clear it up. And I'm thinking that the employees may or may not gave my info out. The employee is saying that you can get an address from just a name, which is stupid. The only way for someone find my address is to either have me personally tell them or they went to the front desk and said that I stole the gun and the employee gave them my address. Other than that park is cool. Got some good plays in. Good luck everyone

Haven't been back since one of the hornets got mad I was calling him out first when he hit me. I start to walk to him to talk to him and he shoots me in the neck from point blank range. Mind you this is an EMPLOYEE. I tell the owner and he tells me there is nothing he can do because he thought I was just complaining about being hit. This used to be my favorite place but the people who work there think they are above everyone during game play.

This place rocks! Best paintball field in northern California. Weather is a lot cooler than other fields. Staffs are friendly and referees are awesome! I can't wait to come back.

It was fun my twin's loved it , we will return very soon , maybe on a cooler day , the price was great

This place is AMAZING! We had our 12 yr olds bday party here today and everyone had a blast. The owners were so kind and awesome to us. Their ref that was assigned to our party, his name is Zavin, was so good at managing our group and making sure every kid had a blast. My family is new to paintball and Paintball Jungle made sure that our 12 year old had a memorable birthday. Thank you Paintball Jungle!
