Purchased an air soft pistol and the safety broke. Tried to exchange and they wouldn't return it as it didn't have the orange tip (also broke). Had less than a week and stuck with a paper weight. Awful customer service! Do not recommend as they don't stand by their products. Rancho Cordova location.
