Altamont Park

Located on Ventura between Saint Francis and Piedmont this was the 3rd Park to be placed in Mountain House and I think is the smallest. It has a tiny play structure, a few tables for Picnic's and a BBQ along with a large Softball field.This is one of my favorites as it has a pathway all the way around the perimeter so it's a nice place to run, especially if you have Children or a Dog as they can do their thing in the Park while you get in some Cardio yourself.For the entire of one side of the Park there is currently construction being undergone, I have been told it is more housing. It's all fenced off though so there's no fear of Children running over and getting hurt.

Small park but great for dog walking. Nice lawn area to play with dog and their toys. My first visit.

wouldn't recommend this park for playing on a playground. the main thing about this is the grass and the baseball field. the playground is a bit plain
