When I found out this Re Opened. ! I cancelled my other venue. The owners truly treat you like family And it is pristine to say the least. I walk by to take On my Friday afternoon walk looks amazing. Ohh let's not forget it comes with Tables and Fancy chairs. Beverage carts in the bar area. Can't wait to take my sunset pictures from the top floor with the Sunsetting .

When I first came across the available wedding packages for this location I was honestly stunned! I thought it was too good to be true, but it wasn't... Before you know it, my fiance and I are driving to Oakdale to view the Almond Pavillion. We were met on time by the lovely Faviola. She gave us a tour of the beautiful building and was just an overall great host. She was very clear about her terms and actually seemed genuinely excited to help me plan my wedding. It was fun to work with someone who was just as eager to plan She always replied to my questions and was so easy going about all the changes I wanted to make (the endless changes because who really knows what they want?!) Unfortunately due to Covid, we decided to cancel our wedding. The deposit is traditionally non-refundable but Faviola did the unexpected, regardless of the contract, she did the noble did thing by giving us our deposit back when she didn't have to.Not only that,but we had some trouble getting the check in the mail and once we reached out to her about it, she was quick to correct the mistake Imagine that! Faviola you have some good karma coming your way girl! Thank you for working with us, I will always refer you out to whomever I canGod bless!

My fiancé and I had our most special day planned here for the month of April 2020, because of the COVID-19 worldwide pandemic unfortunately we had to cancel our wedding reception!! Nonetheless this venue is beautiful and clean and Faviola was very helpful through my entire wedding planning process and worked with me to make it as easy as possible. I'm sad we weren't be able to postpone to another time due to multiple circumstances but they definitely gave that option to try to make it work! She was great about refunding all our money and deposit considering the situation and we really appreciated that! I would highly recommend this venue and working with Faviola for any event!

My best friend is getting married so we have been to a lot of venues. This venue is by far one of the nicest we have looked at. The price is reasonable for the area. The owner has been very accommodating to all of our needs. This is a spacious elegant venue. Highly recommend them for your special events.

We got this beautiful venue for our wedding about 2 weeks ago and all we got was pure compliments on how beautiful the venue was. We got access to all four floors and let me just say I'm glad we did. We were the first to use the bridal suite and wow it's amazing! It truly made me feel very special on my wedding day. We got to take pictures on the roof top during the sunset. Fabiola the manager there and Suzanne the owner were amazing. You honestly should look into getting this venue, it's truly beautiful!

I just had my wedding at the Almond Pavillion last night (10.07.18) and it was gorgeous! Not only was faviola beyond helpful throughout my whole process but she was kind and was very resourceful and fast to answer back with any questions I had. The staff was super nice and the venue itself was beyond beautiful and breathtaking! I recommend this venue to anyone looking for a gorgeous place to have their events at! My husband and I are beyond happy with everything! Thank you!

I attended a wedding at this venue over the weekend. As a very close friend of the bride and a part of the bridal party I was excited for my friend to get married at this small, but very pretty venue. After the venue owner began telling her THE WEEK of her wedding that she wasn't allowed to access the elevator after being told that she would, then she was told that she couldn't access the bridal suite (which she paid $300 for) until 12pm noon for the bridal party to get ready. My friend had to search through emails to show the owner things that she said because she was changing things that were previously talked about. The venue owner told my friend that "you won't be able to find a venue on this short of notice" when my friend became upset over the last minute changes. The bride In the days before her wedding was having to make last minute changes and spend extra money to cover things because the venue owner who I believe is a crooked business owner was doing this to her. The day of the wedding I had 12 bridesmaids crammed into my apartment getting hair and makeup because if the last minute changes regarding the bridal suite. The day of the wedding, the wedding coordinator had everything decorated beautifully. The ceremony was beautiful, afterwards the music started, and everyone was having a lot of fun. The venue was paid for until midnight. At about 9:00 pm a guest took off her heels because of course after dancing, most of us had our shoes off. The venue owner decided to shut down the venue, first saying that peple can not be without shoes. After the bride showed her that she was also barefoot, SUDDENLY she started claiming that someone had smoked in the bathroom. 175 guests can vouch for the fact that there was NO smoking in doors. I firmly believe that this was just an excuse to shut it down. The bride was ROBBED. The bride became upset because there was not a reason for this. The venue owner then had the police show up. The bride was HUMILIATED in front of her family and friends. Some of her family had flown thousands of miles to see her on the biggest day of her life and watched the police shut down her reception. I felt TERRIBLE for my friend who saved for so long to have the wedding day of her dreams only to be robbed of that by this woman who owns the venue. My cousin was going to get married here last year and literally the week of the wedding things started changing, exactly like this. Don't let the pictures fool you, if you have your wedding at the Almond Pavilion, you WILL be sorry. It is run by a very crooked woman who doesn't care if it is your day. She will stand around the entire time, in the background of photos . She will change things last minute. A building of that size would have smoke sprinklers, none were activated. My friends big day will forever be stained by the terrible decisions made by the venue owner. I would NEVER recommend this venue to anyone unless you want to be baited and switched. I only gave 1 star because Yelp requires a rating but I give this place a ZERO star rating.

Owner/manager not sure which to go by. The women who leases this venue is a very Deceitful person. She will verbally over promise and will ruin your special day! Don't fall for her introductory pleasantry's and soft voice. Make sure to put it in the contract and have both parties sign it! She will not go through with her over promises if it's not in the contract. Don't let her ruin your special day, too!

Nice building but it was really hot here. i even heard there are hidden charges after the event.
