Alma's Flower Shop

My kids and my husband bought me 2 bouquets of flowers for Mother's Day ($199). 1 dozen roses and White hydrangeas. The very next day 4 roses and all hydrangeas were dead. I called Alma several times left voicemails, sent her text messages and pictures of the dead flowers and she never responded. All I want is for the flowers to be replaced OR the money refunded. She would never return the messages to discuss the situation. Had to call the bank and put a stop payment for the $199 charge for the two bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day. The pink roses in picture were $9.99 from Raley's and still look beautiful.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day 3 days before the day of & called the shop. They promised to deliver it one day before Mother's Day. Card was charged, no call or notification received, flowers did not get delivered as they promised!! Called to follow up regarding the order, was hung up on 3x!!

I ordered flowers through 800flowers.com and they subcontracted with Alma's Flower Shop to fulfill the delivery. I had ordered 3 arrangements for the funeral: half casket, standing spray and a bouquet. The bouquet was fine but the other 2 were not. The standing spray did not come close to the picture and the ribbon was incorrect. The half casket was not even delivered but the delivery confirmation said that it was. I had to spend an hour on the phone to figure this out. Eventually when the delivery was made, the arrangement didn't meet the expectations as it was not what I ordered. Different flowers were used when I ordered roses and the ribbon was incorrect as well. Will never use this vendor or 800flowers again.

Alma's Flower Shop is the best!!! Alma made all the flower arrangements for my mom's funeral services 3wks ago and the flowers were absolutely stunning! I recommend this flower shop to everyone in need of beautiful flowers at a great price. Alma was so professional and delivered on her promise to make my mom's funeral absolutely beautiful. My mom was surrounded by gorgeous arrangements all around. I will continue to use this flower shop for all my flower needs. Gracias Alma!
