My nails are so neat and nice I got so many compliments. The place is very comfy and nice; I love the atmosphere and how it is decorated.

Kelly is the best period. She's quick but doesn't make you feel rushed, her shaping game is on point & she doesn't overcharge you or give you a different price every time you go the way other places/people do. I always leave satisfied with nails from shape to color. Not to mention my nails last well past 4+ weeks with no lifting whatsoever.

I wish I could rate this place no stars. A huge NO . I rather my 5 year old do my nails . The moment I walked in all the nail technicians started to mug and speak amongst each other. The lady who did my nails was so rude, she showed with expression she did not care to do my nails and didn't care about anything I wanted . I SERIOUSLY WAS ABOUT TO WALK OUT . I never feel like this but I didn't want to create a scene . I regret it now , cause I have to pay someone else now another 65 to get my nails done . Just one color powder . Short . Coffin what a ripppp. Geeez I'm surprised this shop is still open . Everything about this place is a NO Annnnd this was my second time coming here . And it was just as bad the first time . Come here its like throwing money away .If you like to throw away money , I can send you my cash app. Thanks for the time

I reviewed the wrong Allures and it won't let me delete it or have less then 85 characters so dusregard all of this. If you asked me yesterday i would have given this business 5 stars. I have gotten my nails done there several times and they've done a beautiful job. I went in today and sat down to wait for my turn. Anither walk in came in after me. I overheard the dad telling one of the ladies it was his daughters birthday and he was getting her nails done. They immediately sat her down and started doing her nails even though i had been waiting about 20 minutes at that point. Usually I would speak up and let them know i was there first but i didn't want to cause a stink and ruin the young lady's birthday. I waited another 15 or so minutes and 2 more grouos of ladies came in. One of the girls says she will be right with them. At this point i had enough and said I'd been waiting a very long time. The girl said they had an appointment. I pointed to the young lady who was also a walk in and said "Well she didn't" No one said anything or apologized so i walked out. I will not be returning

I have been here several times. I think they do an average job for a nail salon. A couple technicians are very good. My biggest issue is the price gouging. The always charge 5-10 more than the listed price for services. For example, today my daughter got a one color glitter set and then her toes painted with regular polish. She doesn't like pedicures and there was no polish to take off. Even if she would have gotten the most expensive glitter nails with twocolors and a polish it should be based on their prices $55 but she was charged $67, which is fine. It is not the cost itself that bothers me but the false advertising just increase your prices on the menu and website rather than making up the price as you good. The pricing is never consistent. For the same exact set a month ago she paid $40.

best nails salon in town...I've been coming to Lisa for 25 years ,I love her work and they are the best ..

I came in to this place with a picture of the nail design I was looking for. The rude nail tech complained and said it wasn't easy enough for her and got upset when I refused to go with her suggestion. The entire set looks awful! The shape is off, the color is off, and the nails are bumpy! Would never go here again

I love jenny especially the eyebrows she does every time when she is not busy my brows where perfect not a hair in site so sweet always ready no wait thank u jenny my gurl love them

Worst manicure place ever. When cutting my cuticles, they did not even put any cuticle solvent. She just cut it dry and did not even cut all of it. Did not push my cuticles back, and the side of my nail was not even clean. My hands were left dry and with damage to my nails. I paid $63 for both a pedicure and manicure. For that price, I would've at least expected satisfactory work to be done. Instead, I was extremely disappointed. Will not be going here again, and I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Can't even do a simple manicure and pedicure.

I recommend Thao for nails, the quality is 10/10. If you don't know what you want, she'll pick something cute. As for a pedicure I for-sure recommend Holly, she takes her time and will probably put you to sleep of how relaxed you'll be. They're both super nice. Great vibes.
