Complete ScamBefore we had even entered our limo, the Driver demanded $120 for gratuity! He then took us to 3 different wineries, which were appointment only. 3 hours and we had not even been able to enjoy a single tasting, because all of his selections were appointment only!!!We had one Appointment for our final stop, but the driver was late and we lost money and couldn't attend!!! We loaded up for him to take us to a restaurant and he took us through a windy back road, driving wildly, making all of us car. After we ate we came outside and realize he has deserted us! Unbelievably terrible service. What a total disaster. No wonder he wanted a tip before we had even departed. I am SOOOO Disgusted with this entire experience in Napa. Not coming back.

Had a great day with Dolly, and of course being driven around in a limo to our favorite wineries was amazing! We had the 6 seater, worked perfect for the 3 of us. The two benches face each other which makes it easy to carry on a conversation. Would seat 4 comfortably. Limo was clean, older, but nice. Price was decent and of course our driver, Dolly, was a blast!

We booked a limo for a wine tasting trip to NAPA valley. Michelle at the office set up everything. Dolly was our driver. Easy to work with, she gave us some really good advice on wineries. The limo was stocked with champagne, strawberries pastry, water... It's not a good idea to drive yourself, and the bus tours are just not as personal. We got to see the wineries that were of interest to us, and were able to eat where we wanted. Dolly called ahead ad made certain that we had a a spot reserved at the wineries requiring notice, etc. We completely enjoyed the trip, and would recommend this to anyone wanting to tour NAPA....

Super friendly and great service. Our group truly enjoyed our wine tasting experience with Allure. Our driver was kind, courteous, and efficient he made sure we kept up with the schedule we set up with different vineyards in Napa. Of the four trips we've made to Napa we will definitely continue to reserve with Allure. The only disclaimer is that we did reserve via Viator since we were looking for tours out of the East Bay, but next time we will definitely book direct.

Dolly was an amazing tour guide. We decided to go on a tour last minute (1.5 hours notice) and Dolly happily jumped on the opportunity to guide us through the day. Dolly has a vast knowledge of napa wineries and was able to design a perfect day around our wine preferences. It was not my first visit to Napa but it was my sisters first visit so Dolly was able to balance both of our experiences and made sure that both of us were happy. Expectations exceeded, highly recommend.

We had such an amazing time on this wine tour! Our driver arrived early and gave us an itinerary based on what she though we would love...she was spot on! We went to about 6 wineries in the 6 hours we were given and then we decided to extend an hour...totally worth it when your expiring beautiful wineries! Our driver also offered to watch our 1.5 year old son while we went on a couple cave tours..she was such a sweetheart and did everything she could to make sure we were having a great time! Thanks again for making us fall in love with Napa!

We were visiting Napa for a bachelorette party. This was a small group (7) of doctors and lawyers in our mid to late 30's - I am including this so that you can get an idea of our maturity level. We decided to pick this service because of all of the great reviews online and of Dolly. This was a special trip and we wanted to hire the best - based on reading reviews, we decided to go with "Allure Limo Wine Tours" and requested Dolly. Dolly was scheduled to pick us up at 10:30 but instead showed up at 10:00. We had no idea she was showing up 30 minutes early and were busy eating breakfast and getting ready for the day. Eventually we noticed that there was a missed call from Dolly telling us she had decided to pick us up early. We were rushed out of the house and met a very cold, annoyed, and upset Dolly. She was rude with us from the get-go and practically yelled at us for not being ready earlier than scheduled. I personally felt very irritated but decided that I was going to have a good day and I wouldn't let Dolly ruin it with her rude behavior. Once we sat in the limo, Dolly proceeded to tell us what was planned for the day and that she was in no way able to stay overtime because she had other obligations in the evening. She announced an entirely new itinerary - one that was different from what had previously been discussed when booking her. My second annoyance with her started when I asked her to take us to a specific lunch spot for gourmet sandwiches. I had been there before and had highly recommended the spot to the girls. We had all decided to go there and according to the GPS, it was only a 5 min drive away from our location at the time. Dolly initially wearily agreed and then proceeded to tell another one of the girls that this was not the best place and told us that she had an even better recommendation. I was a little offended that she shot down our original request, as this was a personal recommendation by myself and we had made a group decision on food choice. However our group was easy going and decided to keep an open mind - also after dealing with her initial rudeness to us, we decided to keep the driver happy. She drove us 30 minutes out of the beaten path to a barbecue place at a local spot. The barbecue was decent but VERY MESSY food for a group of girls who were dressed up for a bachelorette. This was a very inappropriate choice in my opinion. I think she chose the location because it was what HER palate was craving. We were all slightly confused at her choice for us but decided to keep an open mind and be courteous toward her. We even purchased her meal for her out of kindness. Our entire time with Dolly was summed up to a total of 3 wineries and a far away barbecue place over the course of 6 hours. Before we knew it our time was out and we were returned back to our AIRBNB. At this time, being very dissatisfied with the service, we still tipped Dolly what we felt was more than a fair amount of money (15%) considering the service. What happened next was the most insulting moment and honestly what provoked me to do a thorough review. She looked down at the cash that was given to her and said "I really don't mean to be rude or anything, but this isn't enough tip for me" She then said, "I don't know where you guys are from, but here in Napa, we get tipped at least 20%." Dolly obviously did not understand that we were very UNHAPPY with her service. After all, that is what "tip" is-a reflection of service. Our jaws were dropped and one of the girls proceeded to give her another $100 for her terrible service out of disbelief just to end the conversation. The only nice thing I could say about Dolly is that she was a good driver. She also had good photo ideas for us at designated photo spots (although at one of the spots she asked us to hold up the bride and pointed out one of the girls and insisted that she should hold the "heaviest part" of the bride because of her build - which was rather rude and insulting).I seriously, cannot understand how "Dolly" and "Allure Wine Tours" have had such good ratings on all the other sites. We had a DISASTER of a time with Dolly and would NEVER recommend her to anyone. She lacks tact and respect and has no idea how to treat customers. She is also demanding, unruly, and will boss and insult you all over Napa and then insist you pay her extra for her terrible service.

I wanted to thank you again Michelle for setting up our wineries for our wine tour. We had a great time and will refer you always. To other Yelpers we had a great time. The limo was newer model and several drinks were provided. We even had fresh strawberries and danishes. Our driver was the best she was great. Thanks again!

I was contacted by Allure 2 weeks ago to help better explain what had happened. The driver was waiting in the lobby for my husband due to the way Allure entered the pick-up info. They used the old information from a prior pick up which delayed the process. They refunded the amount charged for the service which was great. End of story... No. I was contacted about my review. I explained I had not had time to update my review because it was written prior to the refund. I agreed to do this when I could because I had just returned from a trip to the east coast.End of story... No. I was contacted via email today about my review and the need for an update because my review was affecting their business. Excuse me??? I'm out of country celebrating my anniversary which is my priority, not this review but here I am.... Let me be clear, I am not out to ruin anyone's business. I was simply stating facts. I also included the fact that we had a previous pick up with zero issues.

Rented an eight person stretch limo for the night. Nice customer service on the phone. Limo arrived late causing us to miss a special private tasting my friend had arranged at Davies after they'd closed for the day. Limo was so old that it literally had no suspension. We were bounced around so badly we were wearing more wine than we were drinking. A loud clunking noise screamed out from under the car. Yellowed old paper towels were shoved in the sunroof clearly to stop it from leaking, carpet was rolled up making it difficult to get in and out. It was so bad that our driver decided to switch the car out while we were at dinner (thank you Marcel) so at least we weren't drenched in wine when we're arrived back home. Had I known that Allure would rent that pile of junk to us for hundreds of dollars I would have hired Uber instead.Update to the above post raising my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I received a call and then a text from Allure's owner this morning apologizing for the problems we experienced and accepting responsibility for the issues with the limo. She offered two hours free to me for an additional limo rental and also is going to refund me $100 of the fee for the rental. She said that they would not have sent the limo out had they known there was a problem with the suspension. She would look into the other issues as well. Given how the problems were addressed by the owner, I feel compelled to inform everyone that the owners handled the situation promptly and properly. It won't make up for the disappointment on birthday but it did help.
