I'm always hesitant about doing business with companies I'm unfamiliar with. But with Allstar Limo I was beyond pleasantly surprised. The company was prompt with their quote, and the price was far less than I had budgeted for. We took my daughter out for her 21st Birthday and had quite the busy itinerary. Mark the driver was outstanding, flexible, and punctual. The car (Escalade) was immaculate with unmatched amenities and sound system. He was easy to communicate with, reliable, and most importantly, got us all back safely. This company bent over backwards for us and made sure our experience was perfect. They just created a repeat customer. I will definitely be calling on them again. Highly recommend.

This is the fourth time using AllStar Limousine and they NEVER disappoint. The 13 of us was picked up at our home on time and dropped us off at Pier 27 in San Fransico for our cruise. Then 11 days later they picked us up at the Pier and brought us home. The driver was on time both ways, helped with all the luggage and drove perfect. Thank you and we will be booking our next trip to the pier and airport with you.

Our driver was amazing! Booked the Cadillac suv for my sons bday with a bunch of his friends. He had a blast. Communication, booking, and customer service were all great.

We used AllStar for my best friends wedding to and from the venue. Both drivers were pleasant, courteous, professional and on time! The business was also super responsive when I contacted them about my missing wallet, which they found and mailed back to me asap!! Thank you!!!

So disappointing! This company doesn't even deserve a one star. I called and booked for my event thought I might need an additional car and spoke with Michael and he said don't worry we do this all the time. He assured me that we did not need another vehicle. I sent my itinerary over and thought great this company knows what they are doing. The driver showed up late to all my pick-ups, didn't know where he was going. The driver was asking my guests for directions mind you these guest are from out of town. They had to google directions to my event from their cell phones. Even after delivering one party to my event when he went to pick up my other party, he couldn't remember how to get there. Nevertheless our wedding started 45 minutes late. BTW I requested the owner to contact me and he never did. Thanks Steve Won!I have my records as well. I spoke with Michael and he told me not to worry. I sent my itinerary and all pick ups were in a 10 mile radius. I had no issues paying for another car service. Michael didn't say you guys were all booked he said to me don't waste your money and this is what you guys do. As a business owner I would think you would have reached out to me per my request but you chose not to.

My friends and I rented a limo tothe city for my birthday and had a blast! The limo was punctual and the driver was very friendly and helpful! We had such a good time, we would definitely use their service again.

We have been using AllStar Limousine for several years. They are always reasonably priced. They have a great fleet selection and always very hospitable. In all the times we have used them we have never been disappointed with the service. We most recently used their services for a fifth grade "grad" experience and they loved it!

Me and my guess had the best time Saturday night 4/27 24 on the party bus for my Western birthday party the driver was on time very very polite to me and my guess the ride to the city was smooth he got us to the club on time he also gave me his number just in case if anyone needed anything from the party bus he also picked us up on time from the club to drop us back off thank you very much for the experience on 4/27-2024 we had a ball sincerely Gloria Matlock I will be using your service again
