Avoid at all costs. Complete bait and switch sales tactics. Reserved a specific RV, paid a $1000 deposit and TWO MONTHS later received a phone call from Allstar Coaches saying the RV which we had reserved was no longer available. We were told the original sale associate who booked our reservation is no longer with the company. There were no records of the coach we had reserved or the prices quoted for the reservation, which had been confirmed and a deposit paid. The CEO Rob T. responded: "I was "said employees" supervisor while she was here, and unfortunately, I was never consulted or approached to confirm pricing or availability or even made aware of this matter." Not a great way to run a business or hire employees that represent your company.I'm sorry, but you were their direct supervisor and this is your response to the matter? This was completely unacceptable and zero effort was given to solve this problem in good faith.Any other high end coach rental business sales associate would have had multiple options ready to present to us to make things right. Nothing was offered other than "sorry for the inconvenience" and "at least we reaching out now, not days before departure".A smaller coach was offered to us at a considerably HIGHER rate. This is a bait and switch sales tactic to the definition. All of this could have easily been solved by the CEO offering us the smaller coach rental at a reduced rate, let alone the same price we were quoted and placed a $1000/deposit two months ago. Instead the our rental was cancelled without any price negotiation by Rob T. and Allstar Coaches LLC.Our vacation plans are now ruined as we've already purchased plane tickets to travel across the country and rent an RV with Allstar Coaches.DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Allstar Coaches, LLC.
