We stopped by Allie's Food Truck in Lockeford on Main St, and it was sooo worth a stop. Really fast friendly service, really good food. She gave us lots of good quality napkins! Don't see that often. Both Mexican options and stuff like burgers, sandwiches, also a solid vegetarian section on the menu. Loved the vegetarian taco (good rice and beans and toppings) and the fries were top tier crispy. Also really big yummy agua frescas! Would go again!

Yesss! Just one visit......that's all it took. Located along HW 88 in Lockeford near the big cow in the sky (Lockeford Sausage Company). Love this little drive from Stockton. This visit was long overdue. I heard about this food truck through an amigo that works in Lockeford. Look for the red food truck, you can't miss it. TIP: Allie's has a little cycloned fence parking lot right behind the truck. I had the crunchy Asada taco and the al pastor quesadilla. The meat in both was finely chopped, tender, freshly cooked and very flavorful. The taco shell stayed crispy throughout its devourement. ( is this a even word?) The bottom of the shell was flattened so it could stand up. The cool crunchy water (lettuce) was crisp, not soggy, the pico was fresh too with some cool sour cream on top. Filling was plentiful. If you're really hungry, the quesadilla should be more than enough. Hot, fresh, meaty, with a great, melty, cheese pull throughout. They have frequent specials and really worth checking out. Lemon, jalapeños and chopped radish are sides. Their menu is extensive and to top it all off the young man taking our order was super friendly and informative. Check out Allie's sooner than later.

We passed this food truck on our way up to the snow while driving on 88 and let me tell you it was worth both of the u-turns that we had to make!There is a fenced lot behind the truck but we weren't sure if it was for customers or not so we just parked on the street. Tacos are $2.50 to $3 depending and we sampled six different ones. Anyone who likes tacos would enjoy their asada; simple and tasty. The al pastor had a bit of spice but not too much, just nice and warm and my hubby loved it. They also have a veggie taco and there is a big fresh juicy lime in every order!I appreciated that my husband asked them to make my chicken tacos crunchy and they had no problem doing that and leaving off the onion. Some places have issues with changes but they did a great job. Their green sauce has a really unique flavor that made my taco taste a little bit different, but I enjoyed it. It only took a few minutes to get our food and we scarfed it all down before taking off. We paid cash but it looked like they had a chip reader if you need to use a card. They have a really big menu as well with sandwiches and more items I'd like to try, so we will definitely be stopping here again soon.

Love Allie's drove by this gem far to long in lockford before stopping. The first time I tried it we got the Pastor Burrito Supreme with all the fixings inside except we put the green sauce on the side. Amazing, now it's a little bit of an addiction. Every time my kids come to town we go, the chicken burrito is also amazing and her wings we order with sauce on the side (I don't love buffalo sauce) they are so good!!!

Allie's is always THE BEST!! Kindest people running this cuisine cart! It's a MUST for local Lockeford peeps and for everyone headed into or out of the foothills, from/to the lakes and the snow! You will never be disappointed! AWE-MAZING!

I was in the area for work for two weeks and got to try their pastor tacos, asada tacos, chicken burrito, and chicken quesadilla. Everything was soo flavorful and the spicy red salsa absolutely complimented the different foods. The salsa was the perfect level of spiciness, it gave you a kick but not so much that it makes you sweat.These are the nicest people too! Since I was in the area for field work, they let me use their restroom, basically everyday, even when I didn't purchase anything from them that day.I also got to try their horchata, good amount of sweetness and cinnamon.I will definitely go back whenever I'm craving mexican and in the area. It's only a 10 minute detour from hwy 99!

Best find ever! Allies catering has something for everyone! Burgers, vegetarian choices, traditional favorites with their special touch. Even though the shrimp tacos are not on the menu, ask for them! Absolutely the best I've ever had. Grilling the shrimp makes them mouthwatering, but the sauce & pineapple put them over the top tasty. Friendly owners and a shaded bench area make this a great place to have an appetizing alfresco meal you won't forget.

Amazing carnitas tacos! They are savory and not salty! I try to stop by at least once a week!
