All Pure Pool Service

After reading other reviews, it's hard to believe the good reviews are from customers who had the same technician as my parents have had for seven years. Octavio is who the most recent tech is, and we have come to realize that my 73 and 80 year old parents have been ripped off for almost a decade! We discontinued their services today. The pool was "serviced" weekly, for $85/month. What did that $85/month include? Dropping a little chlorine in... and absolutely nothing else. When the pool started turning green, and looking as though it hadn't been maintained for quite some time, that's when we had a friend come by, who happens to have experience with pool maintenance. He confirmed their pool has NOT been maintained professionally. What a disappointment.

We recently upgraded to your full pool service and just wanted to give a "shout out" to the young man that services our pool. He is not only a great tech and does his job very well; he is very polite and well-mannered even though we have several dogs. I hope he will continue with our account and we are looking forward to the great service you all provide.Thanks again, I know it is not easy to work in our current environment, so please be safe and understand we appreciate your efforts.

I searched for years (and tried 3 different pool services) and then after many years I finally found a reliable and honest pool service who gets the what customer service means and how important it is to listen to customer needs. I found all this and more with All Pure. Mike explained various rate plans and we found one that fit my budget and the needs of my pool. My pool has never looked better. The technicians are honest and reliable and very consistent. Other pool companies fall short and slack but not here. I highly recommend them.

Using them for over a year! They are amazing. My pool has always been super clear with no issues! They do a weekly chemical service and it's super reasonably priced. They are super quick and obviously have it down to a science!

Mike and his family are easy to reach if you have questions.They check the pool chemistry weekly and clean the filter three times a year.Nine years and counting. Good work!

Worse company .They dont take care of issues and their customers.NOT recommended, look somewhere else !

I have had All Pure Pool Service for a number of years now. And it appears their service has gone downhill significantly since when I first started ,my pool is green and it stayed green for approximately three months don't know why they could not fix the problem. They did come out once and fixed it ,it stayed OK for two days then went green again. After spending a large amount of money doing exactly what they had asked me to do I drain the water change the filters had the pool equipment inspected done everything they thought was wrong but they still could not remedy the problem. They are nice enough people but their service is terrible. we have not been able to use our pool for three months and I have been paying them regularly.

I have had All Pure Pool Service taking care of my pool chemical needs for slightly more than three years. Last week my pump motor was giving out a loud whine and I called the pool equipment company who I've used in the past. Sadly I found out that they were sold. I called All Pure to see if they could recommend someone and they told me that they were now doing not just chemicals but all manner of pool equipment services. I described the problem to Mike and we both figured that a new pump would be needed. Less than two days later, their technicians (Rene and Mario) arrived and replaced the faulty pump with a new technology variable speed pump that saves electricity and is far quieter than the old one. They were prompt, polite and professional-I could not have asked for more. After programming the new pump I had a few questions about a few items mentioned in the user's guide. I called the office and was put through to Mike. He answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. To talk to a REAL person at a business is a rare pleasure these days. These folks are terrific. I look forward to doing business with them in the future!

Used them for 3 years. Several times I measured no chlorine in the pool 1-2 days after their weekly service. Repeatedly got algae in the pool. Every time you call them with a problem they tell you to run your filter longer-like that will remove algae from a pool with no chlorine. Came week after week just watching the algae get worse and worse while I was on vacation. Not recommended.
