I got a dozen roses from here... I used to live across the street and I've always wanted to go in and see the business...I was greeted by Erica... she was professional, courteous, and kind....I have balance and walking issues and I asked if she could take the roses to my van... she kindly did it and when she put it in she carefully made sure it was secure... the owner even came out to make sure... I will ALWAYS recommend this family owned business....

So appreciative of Alex Florist. Called last minute...not as a test, but as a reflection of my being overwhelmed. They were in the middle of a delivery, but called right back. We agreed on an arrangement and it was completed and delivered in roughly an hour. Once again my great appreciation for the person who helped me. This was very important to me, but was almost a missed opportunity.....They created a beautiful standing spay to honor my loved one. Thank youSharine

I ordered last night on the website which was super easy to do. I wanted something bright and fun for my boyfriends mom. I did get a phone call this morning saying what I wanted wasn't available but that they could make something up for her. I was okay with that, I just asked for colorful. She loved them and I'm beyond thankful! They're beyond what I pictured and even better than what I initially ordered! Thank you so much!

This is my first Yelp review, but I told Alex I'd put in a review if I was pleased and I am! I called Alex to inquire about arrangements for my uncle's funeral. I had looked at some images on his website but wanted to customize them. He was more than happy to make an appointment with us on the same day. When we met, he took his time to answer all our questions and show us all our options. His prices were so reasonable compared to some of the other florists in town, so that made me nervous. Would the arrangements be small? Would the flowers not be fresh? It was the complete opposite! All the arrangements looked amazing! The flowers were fresh and the sizes of the arrangement were more than bountiful! I will use Alex again. Thank you!

Found this florist by their great yelp review. I ordered a delivery for later in the week at 4:40 in the afternoon and received a call at 8am the next morning that they are unable to provide the service. No purple flowers at all because of an event they have this weekend. If you can't service people remove those aspects from your website!! Such a waste of time and now I have to wait days for my refund all because they cannot perform. Your nice looking website is useless.

I had a great overall experience with Alex Floral from ordering to the time of delivery. I spoke with Alex and he handled the flower arrangement order over the telephone.
