Aldo's Italian Ice & Gelato

A great find in Tracy! Love the look and vibe of the place. Very clean as well. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by a gentleman. He offered my kids many different flavors to try and served us very fast. He was pleasant and humorous. The gelato was presented beautifully and my kids really enjoyed their flavors: unicorn vanilla and chocolate. I tried their Aldo-latti w/ vanilla and orange. Very yummy! I'm shocked I haven't found this place sooner, but excited to come back!

Still love Aldo's just like I did the first time I try them. While I'm not doing keto right now, I appreciate that they have options for everyone's dietary restriction's. The staff here is friendly, the gelato is absolutely delish, and they have an option for everyone here. 10/10 recommend Aldo's to wrap up your date night if you're in Tracy.

Did not pass vibe check. Owner interaction was rushed and unfriendly. Gelato was just ok. Customer interaction and service is just as important as the quality of the food. I decided to try this place out because a friend gifted me a gift card. My first visit was my last.

Aldo's is so good! I've only tried the gelato, but I would love to come back and try their Italian ice. Service was really good and friendly! We were allowed samples and they were very patient while we chose our flavors. Gelato was so creamy and delicious! The cookies flavor was my favorite. The shop itself was clean and had nice artwork throughout.

Best gelato spot here in Tracy! My fiance and I have been regulars of Aldo's for years now. We love supporting this family owned small business, and you should too! Each and every one of the staff members are so kind and welcoming. They always proudly greet us with a smile when we come in and thank us for our business when we leave. You can tell they really value their customers. There is a large variety of flavors to choose from and the flavors rotate regularly so there's always something new for us to try. They also offer reward punch cards that they stamp each time you visit and you can redeem those for free items. We've had nothing but positive experiences when we visit. Highly recommend! Thank you guys! :)

Amazing! It was the perfect treat after a day of soccer games. The kid size was just enough for my children and the medium size was just enough for the adults.

Value: 1/5It was pretty expensive. The cups are raised, so you get less gelato than expected. Also, at $10.45 per order, the Al-Dough was disappointing. Noteworthy:- No public restrooms.- The person helping us messed up one of the medium gelatos (scooped the wrong flavor). Unfortunately, we didn't notice until the top flavor was finished. Recommend having the person helping you repeat the order before paying. Highlights:- Offers a loyalty punch card for returning customers.Improvements:- Increase the gelato ratio for the Al-Dough.Return?: Unfortunately, no. I was looking for keto ice creams and came across this place. To my surprise they have few keto ice creams and I have tried couple of them they are delicious.5 star for the service, the staff is very friendly and we went during the closing time, the staff was very patience and offered samples to try.I like the chocolate flavor, it has a perfect balance of the sugar and bitterness through cocoa flavor. They also have Italian ice and we did not try samples since we dont want to bother the staff during closing hours.

Not authentic gelato, but average ice cream. There is somewhat of a gelato pull but not much- it's very light. Many of the flavors are overly sweet, artificial, and artificially colored- but I didn't mind the chocolate flavor. My boyfriend enjoyed the mermaid cake which is essentially a birthday cake flavor. Overall- too artificial and extract-y sweet.

Owners and staff are some of the kindest people, and their gelato is absolutely delicious!
