Our room is the first window past the chairs. Cigarette butts are all around, and the empty beer box is next to the trash.

Broken toilet seat. We told the lady at the front desk, but no one came to fix it.
I get depressed just looking at this.

Adequate motel. Far from Yosemite especially with the Big Oaks entrance on Hwy 120 closed. Front desk had no idea which entrance was closed or open so not helpful. Bathrooms are updated and clean. Room comes with a micro fridge and microwave. Furniture is dated. We stayed for 4 days and when we asked for room service, we would told that we had to schedule ahead. No one asked us when we would like it. I don't demand daily service like in the pre-COVID days but 4 days without service! That is not reasonable! I spoke to the lady that and she was able to do it. If they need advance notice, they should ask people who have an extended stay when they would like service. Spa is heated but in the parking lot. People smoking out there. Hallway door does not lock and anyone can come in and out. Coffee is provided the lobby but not breakfast. There is a cafe next door that serves a yummy breakfast- My Garden Cafe! Breakfast special M-F 6-9am is $10 for a ham and egg breakfast with pancakes. Baby did not like their crib which was too high for a 9month old and had to get it lowered for safety. Definitely bring your own pack n' play. Bathroom came with shampoo, conditioner and Body wash in the shower but no soap at the sink.

Works for a quick stay heading down to the Yosemite area or Dodge Ridge. We booked here since it's about an hour to Dodge Ridge for skiing and we just needed a quick place to crash for the night. Pros: Rooms have a basic fridge and microwave.Beds were comfortable, room also heats up fast and stays very warm so don't go aggressive with the heater. Price was decent and we were able to book on short notice even on a busy ski weekend. Room was clean in general. Folks working the office were very kind and attentive - they had a generous breakfast spread of bread, bagels, microwave waffles, hard boiled eggs, coffee, and when the line got long for the toaster, they were kind enough to plug in a second one for us. Cons: The TV / remote was essentially from the dark ages. Blurry / grainy poor quality cable, remote was really confusing (how do you get back to the Guide? We navigated channels blind)There's a hot tub and a pool right near the office and I saw it was in use even though it was a cold March night, but the hot tub was one weird shade of yellow-green. Might need maintenance or cleaning. Breakfast area was pretty cramped so I would get there early.Key card had some troubles with the door lock, worked intermittently. Fortunately we were only staying a night so it wasn't a big inconvenience.

My boyfriend and I stayed here last night. I was very pleased with the price and the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and nice bedding..sometimes hotel bedding can be scratchy. The vending machine stocked with a good selection of snacks. The staff was very polite, the only thing the tv remote didn't work.. I will be staying here again.. and there is a restaurant right next door.

I stayed April 9, 2024 in room 138First of all they will charge you an extra $20 to check in 1 hour early. I can understand charging for a super early check in but 1 hour? They are trying to get every penny from you. Second, our room was not clean! My daughter brought me someone else's dirty sock, the blinds did not close, the phone did not work, there were crumbs on the floor, it was dusty, the toilet backed up twice. And the smell of the hotel is disgusting. Like sewage. I knew we weren't staying at the best hotel but I would at least expect cleanliness. I asked for some sort of discount at the front desk. But she said I couldn't get a discount because I already had: "a discounted wedding rate". That is not right. I am paying for a clean room. Just because I have a discounted wedding rate. Does not mean I should have a dirty room. My family was really disappointed with our stay and I'm pretty shocked the front desk gave me a hard time about wanting some type of discount.

YIKES!! WHAT A DUMP!! So first thing, you check in at the lobby. Looks beautiful and updated in the lobby, giving the appearance you're staying somewhere nice. Then you get into your room, what a shock!! Floors are crusty and dirty looking with pet stains throughout, may be pet friendly but if you don't have one would be nice to have a room not used by pets. Room has a pungent old paint smell, windows have blinds with no window coverings which pretty much give peeping toms an easy look in. The rooms they advertise are far from what you're actually gonna get. Hair on shower walls, door wouldn't lock unless you slammed it while lifting, you can hear everything in the rooms beside you, coughing, farting, peeing, and conversations, it's awful. Now the staff...night staff were friendly and welcoming, however the so called "General Manager," Tammy O'Bar, is as unprofessional and trashy as they come. Her appearance is rather disgusting and her customer service falls in line the same. Was sitting outside the morning after check-in when she and another employee walked out the doors while loudly bashing other employees.. I politely said excuse me as they walked by and asked if they knew who management was. Tammy, who honestly looked like she came from a long day of working on the garbage truck, dirty clothes, and very unkept appearance, rudely replied that she was the manager, I then asked if I could have a minute of her time, snapped loudly at me, "Can I have a minute!?" I couldn't believe it and just replied, "Wow, so much for customer service." I then proceeded up to the lobby to see if there was somebody above her that I may speak with as her unprofessional behavior was way out of line. I was met with lie after lie by the office staff telling me they couldn't pronounce her bosses name, they couldn't provide me with contact info for complaints, this literally is a dump, run by a bunch of trash. Great for the money. Nice room, clean, comfortable bed and quiet. Continental Breakfast included with good coffee, tea, milk, juice, muffins, cereal etc. Got a cab for a quick drive over to Black Oak Casino rather than pay a fortune to stay there, Very satisfied and will stay again.

My girlfriend's kids locked themselves out of their room and asked for another keycard. The staff was very rude and refused to give them one. The manager charged $112 on our card for "pet damages." When we inquired about the charges, they were giving reasons that were not true. They could have easily checked the cameras to confirm everything, but they refused to do so. We are repeat customers, and the hotel manager has been very unpleasant since day one. We will not stay here again because of her, and her demeanor towards us. Which is very bad for them, because we have spent a lot of money, and were planning on spending a lot more money in the future with them. Another hotel will be getting our money instead
