Al Carbon Pollo A La Brasa

The chicken was so yummy and I ate the whole thing, even though it was quite a lot for one person. Pollo a la brasa was tender and went well with the sauce and french fries and salad . Perfectly cooked and the flavor was amazing.

I was so excited to try this place and the experience was terrible! Such rude service with extremely dry chicken. Not to mention the prices for the amount of food, ridiculous. I won't recommend this place to anyone!!

I had the ceviche medium spice and the Peruvian tamale pork and a Peruvian style cocktail. I've had Peruvian ceviche many times and I really enjoyed this one it had the right amount of spice and was fresh. This was my first time trying a Peruvian tamale and it was delicious the flavor combination was very different but it worked i enjoyed it. The cocktail was very sweet and tangy . I would definitely recommend coming here . It's expensive but totally worth it

Delicious! First time here, so I had a few questions which the young man at the counter was happy to answer. Decided on the combo which included 1/4 chicken and 3 sides (salad, plantains, and fries). Everything was tasty. Chicken was seasoned well and super tender. Plantains were amazing and just a bit sweet. Salad was crisp and fresh. Washed it all down with a Peruvian brew Pilsen Callao. Heading home satisfied and will absolutely come back!
