Affordable RV

Made an appointment and brought my RV in for upgrade of the trailer's suspension system. They had no problem with me bringing my own purchased parts to use. Gave me a completion date of a week or so later, but called a day later to say that the technician "jumped on it" and my trailer was ready to go. Double thumbs up for Affordable RV, they've now got my business for any work I might need!!

My wife and I have owned several RV's over the years. As with any RV there are times when repairs are needed. Our go to place is Affordable RV. Their customer service and quality of work is unmatched. Dora and her her employees are friendly and easy to work with. They fully go over the process from start to finish. Thank you Affordable RV!

When the slide out failed on our Lance 1995, I called Affordable RV Repair. The first open appointment was several weeks out, but because of their overall positive reviews, I decided to book the appointment and wait patiently.After the initial assessment, the prognosis was not good. A week later what the tech at first suspected was confirmed: we needed to replace the entire slide out mechanism.The parts were ordered and the repair completed. What impressed me most about the service we received was the responsiveness of the staff. If I asked to have the tech call me, he did. When I asked for an update on when the parts were to be delivered, the parts department called me. Whenever I had a question, I called and received a cheerful answer.Unlike many other businesses where one department seems to have little communication with another, Affordable RV Repair has everyone on speed dial.Although it probably means that I will wait even longer for my next appointment as new customers reach out to Affordable RV Repair for their service needs, I must give this business my highest recommendation.

10 Star. If given the option, I would rate this company a 10 star plus. Not only did they fix the laundry list of miscellaneous items that we discovered were wrong with our newly purchased (used) RV but we had a little mishap, and they were SO accommodating and helpful in making things right. We live over 80 miles away but this is the only place that we will take our RV's (and we have had a few). From Dora to Dessen to Steven and all the others that we encountered at Affordable we thank you and continue to be life long customers!!!Thank you!!!

Well, another over the top service by this wonderful shop and it's over the top friendly, knowledgeable group of employees!I have been using Affordable RV for all my service needs for my class A Newmar Motorhome since January 2018. General service, new equipment installs, etc. getting my new tow vehicle ready for towing my new trailer. Fantastic service! Dora and her crew have it down. I needed to sell my motorhome this year to make room for my new trailer, I contacted Eric in the sales department to check on their consignment program. Seemed like a good way to sell my coach. It was, Eric had it sold in about 40days. If you're in the need of repairs, upgrades to your RV, purchase of a new one, or selling your existing RV try them out! I had a very challenging repair trying to diagnose. Electrical issue with my trailer brakes. A previous shop, who were also excellent, tried three times with no luck. They are also over an hour away and a friend recommended Affordable RV which was much closer to home.The reception staff was all very friendly. I had Maddie as my service advisor. She was very friendly and kept me up to date on my repair. When I needed to bring it back because the issue was not resolved, she offered me an immediate appointment even though the shop was booked out for weeks. Very accommodating throughout the whole process. Dason, I probably misspelled his name, was the manager or lead technician I believe. Dason became familiar with my brake issue and was very understanding. I know these issues can sometimes be difficult to diagnose. On my final visit, and being frustrated at the issue, not the shop, Dason finally figured out where the problem was and as of now, I think the repair is successful. On top of the service and friendliness of the shop, the repair cost was very reasonable in my opinion. You pay for better service and better technicians. I'm willing to do that. Thank you Affordable RV, I'll be back but hopefully for easier routine maintenance items rather than a difficult repair.

YELP must give more stars that can be awarded for exception service. We have enjoyed the quality (save our butts) repairs and additions that Affordable RV has offered for so many years. We have had our MotorHome, Travel Trailers, 5th Wheel and now our newest Lance serviced by Affordable. Dora, Brittany, Madison and Wes (Tech with many more years of knowledge then his age) are so totally awesome!!! Incredibly prompt and helpful and wonderful problem solvers. Can't say enough positive complements about this crew. I agree with another reviewer, that this positive review may bring in more customers and thus put me in a longer line for service, but the Folks at Affordable RV are so worth it. Awesome customer service today. Needed a small part and Lisa stepped right in and problem solved like a boss.

Paula at affordable RV was very pleasant and helpful in renting an RV trailer, this was our first time and I would recommend it.The trailer was clean and nice, the staff was very informative on how to operate everything.
