Addy's Paella

Addy catered our large wedding on Memorial Day weekend. She was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout our planning and the food was amazing. So, so much better than the classic "wedding buffet" we were choosing between. A few weeks later we are still hearing from guests telling us how much they loved the paella. The quesadilla apps were also a hit. People loved watching the paella cooking during cocktail hour. Addy and her team were completely self contained at our rural location which made logistics on our end essentially nonexistent- a welcome change in wedding planning. She never batted an eye as guest counts increased, menu adjustments were needed for allergies, etc. She was also willing to travel a couple hours to us. Their value for the price can't be beat and we truly can't recommend them highly enough. If you have found yourselves here, hire them!

We served Addy's paella at our wedding venue. It was AMAZING! All of our guests enjoyed it SOO much! My husband and I loved every bite of it! We served the house paella, vegetarian and seafood paella, we also had appetizers including chorizo & shrimp skewers and crab cake. Both tasted sooo delicious! Addy and her staff was so efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend Addy's Paella for any type of occasion. You will not be disappointed. Addy is the sweetest!! She made this whole process so delightful and stressed free. I cannot wait to find out all of her upcoming public events! I would love to try her paella again, Anyday!

We had Addy's Paella cater our Welcome Dinner for our wedding guests who were arriving in town on Friday night. They absolutely blew everyone away! They brought their pans and started to cook as the group gathered for drinks. The delicious aroma of garlic and onions filled the air and had everyone salivating for dinner. There was plenty to go around and some guest even told me they went back for a 3rd helping! Also their vegetarian Paella is also vegan so it also catered perfectly to diverse meal needs. So many people commented to us how amazing the paella was and how it was such a fun and unique menu to have. The staff were so friendly and professional and all around it was such an amazing experience!

Addy's Paella is incredible! We had Addy and her wonderful team cater our daughter's wedding last weekend and it was absolutely perfect!We began planning the wedding over a year ago, and Addy was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She arranged for a tasting prior to signing the contract, and once we tasted her amazing paella we were hooked! Addy was incredibly responsive to my endless emails, and never made me feel like I was bothering her or asking silly questions. We had a large guest count (225) and she was so helpful in terms of deciding about appetizers and figuring out our rentals. She thought of every little detail, and gave me good advice about things I hadn't even thought of! Addy's team of servers were equally amazing; they helped set up the tables, passed appetizers, poured water and kept everyone full and happy. Her team did a great job clearing tables without making guests feel rushed, and the clean up was stellar! The venue kitchen was left spotless. We had both the House and Vegetarian paella, as well as Mac 'n Cheese for the kids. Everyone raved about the food, and many of our guests went back for seconds. If you want a unique and memorable event with delicious food, choose Addy's Paella!

Chanced upon Addy's Paella driving down Sunrise Blvd by the mall."Whoa! Do a U-turn!" I yelled.Could those be a bevy of food trucks in my 'hood? Yes indeedly doodly. Located in the Birdcage parking lot (in front of Lowe's), there were a handful of trucks including Chando's Tacos, Drewski's, Krush Burger, Red Rooster Waffles, Gypsy Mobile Boutique, and a smoothie truck. I'm now following SactoMoFo on Twitter (@SactoMoFo) so I'll be in the know the next time they come out. Although Addy's does not have a truck, they had a booth and once I wolfed down the sample handed to me - I was sold! Moist, delicious and more-ish!For about $6 you get a small serving of saffron rice, shrimp and other goodies. While the serving seemed small, I would like to say it is "right sized." I could've easily eaten two though.

Tried them out at the large sactomofo event and was very disappointed. The people were nice, but the food was not. They only sold the one item the chicken, sausage and shrimp with rice. I would think that they would be very good at making it, but I was wrong. It was a small portion with no flavor and the rice wasn't cooked all the way. Will not be back.

Addy did my wedding catering, rentals, and bartending service for my May 2016 wedding. I could not be happier with Addy, her staff and her delicious Paella! From the start Addy was extremely helpful with the planning of the menu, staff and details. She literally thought of every small detail and made sure we worked everything out before the wedding which resulted in the process being super smooth. I never had a problem communicating with Addy via email or over text she was always quick to respond. If you are looking for a unique wedding food experience Paella is perfect! Our guests raved about the excellent quality of the food and many people were able to eat seconds and third servings. Addy's staff is very courteous, attentive and professional and I was thrilled with their bartending service (we had an active bar crowd!)

I got to experience Addy's Paella at the SactoMofo food truck event at the Sacramento rail yards. My brother and I were overwhelmed by the amount of food trucks to try so we followed our noses and they brought us to Addy's! It was so delicious, so full of flavor, so creamy and the chicken is so tender! They make it on these GINORMAN paella pans. The only downside is that the portion size was pretty small for $8. But I would come again if given the chance!

We had Addy's Paella cater our wedding in 2022 and it was wonderful! I was just recommending them to a friend and realized I forgot to leave a review at the time. We had over 100 people with vegetarian and seafood paellas, quesadillas and salad, and everyone loved it! The food was absolutely delicious and multiple guests told me after they loved watching the food preparation (entertainment!). Addy was really easy to coordinate with for the event too, even though we planned the wedding on a pretty short timeline. It couldn't have been better! I highly recommend having Addy's Paella cater your wedding or other event.

Not only is the paella delicious, but the staff is extremely professional. Have had them cater parties at my workplace and they always show up on time, do a great job of preparation and serving and are very accommodating. Afterwards, they leave whatever space they use exactly as it was when they arrived. They have always been a pleasure to work with and the customers love the food. Highly, highly recommend them!
