Ad Special T's

My father used Ad Special T's for his church in Fremont and I saw the quality of their merchandise and was impressed. I ordered mask for our church and I, and those whom ordered mask was very satisfied. Not only was the quality and print job great, but it also was a great price. Needless to say, we are happy with out experience.If you want to know what customer service is all about, go see Don. He is great to work with and an excellent representative of the company. If you are in the market for any of the services that this company offers, I highly recommend them and you won't be disappointed.

I love this place for large T-shirt orders. I have always gotten the best customer service from the staff and they value your business. I have been working with Ad Special T's for years, through many agencies I have worked with. I appreciate the attention to customer service you don't get from a lot of the online sites. They are also a great community partner supporting many groups in Vacaville.

I ordered some athletic style polo shirts for my Rotary Club and it was so easy and pain free... and fast! I've always had good experiences at Ad Special T's, since its days in Fairfield doing screen printing for softball and baseball teams to ordering uniform tees for my martial arts studio, my childrens' elementary school/middle school/high school uniform and spirit needs and now with ordering banners and other logo items. The staff is friendly, personable and helpful. I'll always use Ad Special T's.

I found Ad Special T's through Yelp and I'm sold! I ordered a swim parka for my granddaughter and took it to this shop to add her name to the back of the parka. Not only did they promise to have it done before Christmas, they did the job at such a great price!! Then when I picked it up, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how great it turned out! Super happy with my experience! I also want to say that Don, the gentleman I worked with, was an excellent representative of the company. To find customer service like that these days is very rare! They are so lucky to have him! If you are in the market for any of the services that this company offers, I highly recommend them and you won't be disappointed.

Always a pleasure speaking with Don. I brought in two items in needing patches added. To my surprise they were ready the following day, and perfectly positioned.

I absolutely love this business! We've been going to them for over 10 years! We've had lots of business with them from custom shirts for our karate school, letterman jacket order and embroidery work done. Nothing like walking into a business and they know your name when you come in. Don and Mike are just the best!

Don is absolutely amazing when it comes to getting things done and he is a true team player in his office. I went to visit him one day and he introduced me to the whole operation. Everyone was nice and filled with smiles. We constantly changed our orders and I was new to the youth sports board I was on and they made the workflow so easy for us. They even said let them do their job just send them how many and by the team. The team verified everything and boxed it up for us. Talk about service. I have read some reviews on here and it seems to me they are trending upwards with their customer service, but let me tell you if you ever need something just communicate that and Don or someone will get back to you! Our youth leagues would be nothing without local business willing to help us keep them looking like pro athletes in their uniforms. Oh and did I add they also will tell you the breakdown of costs and tell you for a little more you could do this or do that. Not pushy and friendly. One word explains this store- RUDE! No customer service whatsoever and very unaccomodating. For a local store you would expect more. Avoid them if you can and go online. Beware...

Don and Jordan do exceptional printing and are great to work with. They helped me with some bicycle jerseys for a charity ride and the final product looks great. Highly recommended

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! The baseball organization our kids play for buy all their uniforms from them, so we have to buy them there. They printed my sons all star jersey with the name and number off centered to the right. Not terrible but its noticeable and when you pay that much money it should be done right. I mean they are professionals right?? My husband went there to see if they could make it right and all he got was bad customer service. Not only would Mike (owner?) not fix the mistake he told my husband next time they'll print it too far to the left to even it out!!! Rude!! My husband and I print shirts and have spent hours making sure logos, names and numbers are straight before we press it! BAD PRODUCT IS BAD BUSINESS!!!
