I absolutely ADORE working with Acoustic! As an event coordinator and party planner, I only name Acoustic when people ask me for recommendations. Their food is second to none - and their service is impeccable. Nicole is a dream to work with and Chef Jeremy really knows what he is doing. 10/10 recommendations for private parties, weddings or a corporate gig that you want to bring your A-game to.

Acoustic Events just catered my wedding this past Saturday, and it was absolutely perfect. They worked very closely with us throughout the whole process, were always available to answer questions and address concerns, and provided tons of great advice. They helped accommodate our wishes, even when they needed to get a little creative to make it work, and they went out of their way to give us the best meal possible. All the food was amazing and it fit the theme we wanted perfectly. Everything went smoothly and seamlessly, and by the end of the night, just about everyone came up to us to compliment us on how great the food was. Acoustic Events has some of the friendliest, most helpful, and most professional folks you can possibly work with, and I cannot recommend them enough!!

I honestly don't know where to begin...there are just so many AMAZING things to say about Acoustic Events.We used them for catering our wedding in Oct 2022 and could not have been happier. For the tasting, Jeremy and Kendra came to our home and not only offered amazing food but were open to feedback to make our event everything we wanted. Jeremy being a sommelier even helped us pick out some wine recommendations that would compliment the food we chose.We were so happy with the tasting we even hired them for our rehearsal dinner (southwestern taco bar, YUM!). Everything was delicious.We had high expectations going in to the wedding and they still exceeded them. Not only did everyone love the food, but our guests couldn't stop raving about how nice the catering staff and bartenders were (all part of the Acoustic team). Their entire team truly made our wedding special and helped make it such a great experience for our guests.Without a doubt, we'd recommend Kendra, Jeremy and the team to anyone in need of catering services.

Acoustic Events was amazing to work with for our wedding! Like other COVID couples, we had to pivot from our original plan. Thankfully, my husband and I were able to taste for our wedding menu prior to the pandemic. What we loved about Jeremy, is that he actually listened to our vision for our wedding. Also, since my husband loves gin & tonic and were planning to have it as the 'groom's cocktail', Jeremy roasted spices to make the drink extra special. We really appreciated how both Jeremy and Kendra worked to personalize our experience. On our actual wedding day, both Jeremy and Kendra were exceptional. Kendra was on top of organizing and communicating with all of the vendors, and Jeremy's food was a hit with our guests! We appreciated all of their hard work.We are excited to use AE at our reception next year!

This catering company catered my wedding August 2022 and did a fabulous job!!!!! They were very professional and the food was delicious! My guest told me how great and favorable the food was!

Acoustic events did a fantastic job with our wedding. We had our big day at a family member's property. We thought this would make things more convenient but in fact it added a ton of logistics. Not only did we need a solid caterer, but we needed rental chairs, tables, lighting, dance floor, etc. Kendra from Acoustic was like having a 2nd wedding planner. She helped us coordinate all this by rolling it all under her scope for no additional cost to us. On top of this, the food was great and they came to us for the tasting. Classy move. They did such a great job. We will use them for sure the next time we get married!! Jk but you know what I mean.

We worked with Kendra on coordinating food for our wedding. Her and Jeremy did an amazing job building the menu to match our ideas. We did 4 different food stations - a taco bar, bangers and mash station, cheese/charcuterie/salmon station, and then desserts. Everything tasted amazing and our guests loved it! Would definitely work with them again.

Acoustic Events made my engagement party so special!!! Nicole was awesome and worked with me to make a custom and unique menu for our party. She was very communicative and offered helpful tips. Day of was flawless. I arrived to see everything set up beautifully. The service team (lead by the amazing Kathy) went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. I was especially appreciative of Kathy's help when a guest arrived with a gluten allergy. She went above and beyond to contact the chef to make sure my guest was safe. This made all the difference oh and food was DELICIOUS - highlight of the event. Highly recommend this team!!!

Acoustic Events consistently delivered in catering and curating our offsite corporate holiday parties pre-pandemic. These were 200+ person events at premiere museums around Sacramento and AE performed with class and ease. We recently shifted our party to a more low-key, in-office event and AE handled it with the same degree of awesome quality and service with passed appetizers and food stations. Everything is delivered with the utmost professionalism, flexibility, creativity, and charm. AE is the go-to for events of any scale and making the most of your budget!

I'm not sure what happened with my client's big day, but I was the photographer recently for a wedding that Acoustic Events was hired to cater. It looks like they have lots of 5 star reviews but sadly my client's got the WORSE service! The food came out 45 minutes and the caterers took FOREVER to serve the guests. It set our timeline back over 90 minutes and the rest of the wedding was rushed. The videographer actually had to work two hours of overtime because of Acoustic Events error.The caterers also didn't even feed any of the vendors until speeches and toasts began, almost 20 minutes after everyone else was served. Our food was cold and the chicken was horribly over cooked.
