Ace Tots Preschool

I was really excited to tour this preschool as we just moved to the area and it's 5 mins from our new home. I understand set times for tours, but unfortunately I am a single mom that works 5 days a week and would never be able to do a early morning tour on a week day. The person I was talking to on the phone was not pleasant and honestly a bit rude regarding me not being able to schedule a tour at the required time. There wasn't any understanding, since I'm sure 11am isn't an easy time for everyone, so I'm assuming this is a common thing and there is no accommodations they can offer. I would gladly change my review if I felt there was any understanding. I have read reviews from current parents and I was happy with the feedback so this was disheartening.

Befor Rhythm's came to her daycare she didn't know her ABCs she didn't know how to count 1 to 10 the ladies here are amazing not only do they pour love into your child but they also help your child grow I would highly recommend this place for your child.. they also helped me get my baby girl potty trained and she's 2.. she looks forwards to seeing her teachers and the kids there as well plus I love that they have different age group classes to keep the bigger kids away from the smaller kids.I love seeing the different projects she works on throughout her day.. and love that I receive pictures as well..

My daughter has attended Ace Tots since November 2021. I am pleased with the care she receives at the school. She enjoys attending and seems happy when I pick her up each day. The staff are available to answer any questions I may have and to let me know how my daughter is progressing. Ace Tots has extended hours, which help when I have early or late meetings outside of my regular work schedule. Enrollment was quick and easy, and I was able to have my daughter start at Ace within 2 days of taking a tour and completing the forms. I'm glad I found this preschool!

So after their "bribe" over a year ago for me to take my review down didn't work, they came under my review and accused me of "sneakingly" tagging along at closing hours on an unscheduled appointment. Bologna!We went around lunch time, an appointment was made, I'm the mother of 2 kids (now preteens) and I've had my children in childcare when they were young so my sister trusted in me to find her childcare. I will be uploading your inbox message as well. Don't be so petty, take what i said and make improvements. By the way new mothers, if you have to make an appointment to drop by a childcare for something other than nap time don't enroll your children.. you should be able to come see your children anytime of day! Not only when they are staged.

My son just started here. It is a very clean establishment. When I picked up my son, he had drawings in his back pack He was very happy and loved it. If you are looking for a preschool you have to come here.

We love ace tots. We've been having children here for around 3 years off and on and the one consistent thing that kept us going back is knowing Ashley and Jennifer are there welcoming us with opened arms. They are the most kind hearted people we know. My son would go in as happy as can be and even though he left for kinder he asks to go see his "little school teachers" all the time still. The other teachers are pretty nice too but hating to say this the school wouldn't be the same without Jennifer and Ashley. Their personalities and love for the kids and their job is what keeps the place going strong. Meet them. You will love them.

My daughter goes to Ace tots Preschool.I love their procares app which they always update and send us photos of their activities.The staff over there is nice always willing to give supporting hands and always willing to listen your feedbacks.I love how teachers create activities for children to participate and engage with them.One of the most important details is the fact that the school has a lot of space and is very clean. My daughter goes to this Preschool and she loves it so much and her teachers tooShe always come with school activities such as worksheet and artworkThe school always have baking and events Birthday,Valentine , Xmas and Easter Hunts day for children to engaged in the activityI would like to say Thank you all the staff and teachers for all your hard working and passionate about in early Childhood Education

My Grand child attend this Preschool, first of all, I was very nervous to enrolled my grandchild and desperate all the reviews on it . but we had a great impression on tour , The staff working there are very friendly,kind,understand the kid needs and willing to help the parents and kids .They have Procare which I can see my grandchild pictures with activity.I seen a lot of improvement in my grandchild Academic and non academic.The staff informed the parents immediately on their basic needs on app.The food they provide is very nutritious and my grandkid love it.I am very lucky that we found this preschool near my area .I will suggest this preschool near your place safe and happy Preschool.

These reviews are fake. They do not care about your child only the money. It is nasty in there and I have seen roaches. They don't offer nutritionist meals they just give the kids junk food and candy even when you tell them not too. The staff are extremely rude and aggressive when you try to bring up concerns and there is no structure your child will pick up very bad habits and when you bring it up to them they act lost and they will try to tell you you're babying your child. They can never keep staff so there's always a new staff member and they never inform parents of that so when you come in to pick up your child there'll calling for the wrong kid. They even lost my child twice and when they finally located him he was in the parking lot between cars. I do not recommend sending your child here please go far from here it's best for you and your child.
