I've been using this shop as my go-to gunsmith for a few years now. He's reliable, does good work and has thus far had great turn around times. There was one time when he very well could've charged further, yet when he realized a repair on my 1968 Remington Wingmaster 20GA was not possible (due to parts unavailability) he stopped the project. Very honest, trustworthy and reliable. He helped me modify my AR variant coyote rifle to meet the "new" California "laws" and has always remained very knowledgeable about the extraneous "laws" imposed on that rifle platform. Bob did a cerakote job on my ParaOrdnance 1911 when the factory bluing started having excessive holster wear; VERY reasonable pricing and the finished product was stellar. That cerakote job has held and remains looking "like new". Accurate Arms doesn't just do gunsmith work; he does FFL, builds fantastic rifles and has a small inventory as well. He has most certainly earned my brand loyalty and will remain my go-to gunsmith, FFL and all around problem solver when it comes to my hunting and target rifles. Give them a try. Also worthy to note, Bob races competitively and vis a vis his racing sport team, raises a BOAT LOAD of money for charity each year and has quietly done this for many years. I have a profound respect for businessmen who go out of their way to help the less fortunate.

Bob aswell as his staff were so helpful. When it came to my gunsmithing needs Bob did a top notch job. I would absolutely recommend anybody that needs work done go to Accurate Arms.

Just a small correction - her name is Gina - not Shelly - and she helped me decide how to port the slide and barrel on my Springfield, makes fantastic suggestions and is an amazing source of information! I'm not going anywhere else :)

Love how welcoming Bob and his wife are and Both very knowledgeable about the business as well as products. Definitely helped me purchase my first firearm gave me the whole run down of what's best for the price as well as protection for my family. I recommend anyone new that has any questions about firearm or even well knowledgeable as well! I love supporting family businesses especially friendly staff and people just a big fan of good people.

The model of going into a gun store, looking at several glasses cases of weapons and wait for service is extremely annoying. I like the private client feel of Accurate Arms and the level of service that entails. I will definitely come back again.

Great shop to buy firearm. Owners are great and friendly. Looking forward to getting more for protection. I live in San Ramon which is relatively safe but recent crimes prompted me to buy firearms.

Buyer beware..... I called today regarding the status of my guns and ammo that were consigned to your company for resale....and your phone is disconnected. I have previously left several messages....No call back. You have several thousands of dollars of my guns and ammo...I have been told they were all sold at last month's auction...no tabulation has been given.Several promises were made...but not one promise was kept. I am very concerned.

I paid for pin & weld 2 barrels.As you can see on the picture, the barrel on the left, pin flew away on my first range..Right one didn't shoot any yet.Job was look weird compare to my other BCM & PSA P&W job.I drove nearly 200 miles to get the service, time, fuel, tolls
