I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. George was very helpful and professional. I custom ordered a stair runner that is not your typical style, and he was extremely knowledgeable and affordable. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use them in the future.

I was looking for a outside motorized shade. George came out and took some measurements and told me he would get back to me with any options he could come up with. A couple of days later he called and gave me the name and number of a man that specializes in what I want.He could have just said we can't help you, but instead he researched it and helped me out. While Accent has done excellent and professional work for us in the past, when our property flooded this last April, we got ourselves involved in working with another flooring contractor.- a decision that ultimately proved disastrous. The experience with them was unprofessional and ultimately expensive, costing us upwards of $4500 due to mold remediation which could have been avoided if the job was handled in a more timely manner.When we finally decided to cut our losses and end our agreement, we reconnected with Accent and feel so lucky and fortunate to have done so. George was awesome in service and with helping us in picking out our flooring . He had done such a good job on are dinning area we had George carpet our out door patio. We love are new out door carpet and are cats love the work that they did the cats think it a new bed for them !!!
