I had a couple of reasons to visit Aaron's Automotive, yet again. My car is a 2006 Ford Explorer, and SUPER reliable. I have relied on Aaron for about 16 years, for any automotive issues, and I don't have any complaints! So, if I hear weird noises, or something is leaking, etc. I call Aaron's...he is SO fair in his prices, and is very honest. The first person you will deal with is the beautiful Marlena. She is amazing, and really is the " Face" of Aaron's. Many times she will diagnose the problem! Anyway, I recommend this establishment, the staff is great, and Aaron is super reliable and fair.

Very bad experience: I asked if they could reset the SRS Unit because I had to reset it after the accident so the SRS light would turn off. She said yes, $39. However, the tech spent several minutes and did not reset it successfully. She said that my airbag might have other problems so further inspection was needed, $139. I agreed, and on the appointment day, I sent the car in and she printed out the service fee, but it was $189, $50 more, which I accepted. The car was sitting there for 6 hours, and the tech called and said they could not reset it, so I went to pick my car up. Because they did not find any other problems with my car, they just found that they still could not complete the reset. I thought they would not charge for this. But they insisted that I pay, saying it was for the diagnosis fee. Did they diagnose that they could not reset it themselves and I have to pay for it? But I paid it anyway. I feel stupid for being lured by her with a non-existent problem, and she seemed to have done nothing wrong. Is this how business should be done? Let others pay for their stupidity and her intelligence? They made money, my problem was not solved, and I lost money and time.Didn't you know you didn't have the ability to reset Srs units? Of course you're not that stupid.

I have been meaning to post a review about the owner Aaron and his shop practices.Now that I hear someone is suing him, it seems as good of time as any.Aaron treats customers rudely, condescending, impatiently, and doesn't follow through on what he says he will do.I personally saw him talk badly to others and experienced him treat me the same way.Plus he charges more than the dealerships. I will not be back.

I am sadden to have to put this bad experience out there but want others to be aware..My previous experiences with Aaron's have been pleasurable, however my latest encounter not so much..We needed some services done and made an appt on Monday for an opening that coming Thursday. We brought the car in first thing and by Friday afternoon the car still never had been touched. Was told they'd need it until the first part of the next week. So my car would have sat untouched for approx 4-5 days for a job that doesn't take more than a day. What is the point of having an appt? What makes it even worse is the rude customer service given by Nick. I could have worked with them on keeping my car for longer than needed but bad customer service is a deal breaker. I ended up cancelling the work and picking up my car. I hope someone who has any authority for making things right at Aaron's reads this and makes necessary changes. Your business is successful because of your customers. Without them you'll have a struggling business sadly..

Owner F'd me over . Came in for cyl 3 misfire. Charged 2k , pulled it apart told me I need new Camshaft. Saud I couldn't afford it. He had sum ¡||£g4| mexican do the work couldn't speak English. They put it back together and got down street , all lights on dash light up, smoking, LIMP MODE all kinds of that never happend b4. He towed it back using his personal pickup truck , got back next day he said it was the belt n replaced it. Check engine light came back on, 3cyl still. Took to another shop, they say the lifter is bad, cam is good. And cylinder not seated correctly. Total scam. BAR told me they've had a multitude of lawsuits over last 5 years

Missed numerous problems on a pre purchase diagnostic exam. Right after we purchased the car it broke down and we went for a diagnostic elsewhere. The car needs a new transmission and more. This cost us over $5,000 extra because Aaron's did not do a complete and proper diagnostic before we bought the used car.

2 starts because I'm giving the owner the benefit of the doubt. I came here to have a coil replaced. Charged me very fair pricing and I was very happy with the service. I then go to get a smog check and the guy tells me that someone pulled out the hose in my car that can cause the engine light to go on. He mentioned that this is something a mechanic would definitely have noticed. I did go to Oil Changers weeks before having my coil replaced and I don't have proof that this happened at Aaron's but he should have noticed it.

This shop is always honest and easy to work with. I've always had an easy time getting a quick appt and they will let you know if something needs to be done immediately or how much time you really have to plan and budget for a future car maintenance. The staff is friendly and they get the job done.
