A List Nail Bar

I am really disappointed in my recent nail trip this past Sunday. It's only been a couple days and my nails are already chipping. My nails usually last a month before I have to go back in. I had wanted to do the gold strips and they started peeling within a day. Just very disappointed since I have been coming here recently for my nails. Very sad this happened!

I was leaving for a trip the same day and decided last minute that I wanted a manicure. This place was the only place that could take me last minute. The studio is nice and clean and quiet. I don't remember who did my manicure, but I was not impressed with it. She went way too fast and her work was not clean. All of my nails had bubbles on them!! My sister was also there and was not impressed with her manicure either. When I went to go the dryer, my manicurist brought my purse over and accidentally messed up one of my nails. I appreciated that she offered to redo it for me, but when she did, she didn't allow any time for the coats to dry in between so by the time she finished, I could see the top coat sliding off so it pretty much looked just as bad as when she messed it up. So when I got back from my trip, I had to remove my nail polish asap. Since I am a student at UOP, they did grant a student discount; however, I am not going to come back.

I needed to get a pedicure, and of course have been to this place because my estetician used to work from here. I have ways been impressed by how clean and open this bar was. I finally decided to go here for a gel mani and pedi. It was a great experience. A bit pricey, but here goes.1. I had Christine, and she was very sweet and attentive. She asked me several times if I wanted a drink, or snack. Although I declined she did let me know to tell her if at any point I did then she would get me something.2. The pedicure was great! She has a really gentle yet firm touch. She asked me if I wanted my toenails clipped lower of just filed. See I keep my toenails shirt, and I always clip them prior to a pedicure because they are never clipped low enough. I really appreciate her asking instead of trying to clip my toenails even shorter which would've resulted in my being cut. She rubbed she massaged... She scrubbed I mean she really took her time and I at no time felt rushed. 3. The manicure was awesome as the pedicure. I have always hated getting my nails done because of that dreaded cuticle pusher, and the heavy duty clipper that looks like a power tool. I surprisingly didn't realize she was using it until she was almost done with one hand. Not one time did she nic me which I appreciate because it hurts like hell when your nail tech is going to fast and nics you. She took her time and made sure she didn't hurt me, or cut my cuticles down to low.4. It was a bit pricey at $65 plus what I tipped. But I think it was worth it because she really put a great effort into making me comfortable, ad well as took her time.5. The place is very clean. They use plastics bags over the pedicure bowls, and clean tools. The massage chairs are awesome with different types of massages.Overall I think I have found my go to place for my pedis and manis. Great customer service, and the person I had is a reflection of how everyone is treated. I really enjoyed it

Aurnee is so amazing! She really makes you feel at home. She is so sweet and really tends to your needs. She doesnt rush your service and takes time achieving what you want! Highly recommend checking them out :)

Decided to try this place out after all these good yelps showed up at 10:40 and waited 30 mins for someone to start on my nails while I was the only one there likely, the nail tech (May) showed up and got started on my nails right away. She did an awesome job and had some great convo. Something that's hard to find while getting your nails done. Definitely will be coming back. Thanks May.So after a week my nails look like they've been run down I noticed bumps, unevenness, and faded out color not to mention the acrylic on the sides that weren't even filed right now colored in. Definitely not going back. Sucks that I tried to give them a chance after waiting a whole 40 mins for someone to assist me and not even end up getting a discount when the manager said she would. I'm good off this place.

So my best friends always go here and I rarely get my nails done bc I work with my hands a lot but my boyfriend was sweet enough to "force" me to a nail treat on him lol plus I have a little break which allows me to get a manicure as well. So I ended up getting both a pedi and a mani and boy was it worth it! The service was fast, clean and excellent! All 3 girls are super sweet and know what they're doing! I'm totally coming back especially for such a great price value!

I have lived in Stockon 3 years now and have yet to find a salon that I have truly liked. I love how appointments can be booked online!! So awesome! I arrived for my appointment and they greeted me by name. Very nice. Very friendly staff. Clean location. A lot of gel colors. My fill was done very well and my technition was wonderful. Overall I was very pleased with my experience here. I would come back for sure. Thank you for the great treatment
