A Family Affair RV Rentals

I bought replacement seat covers for our gas class A motorhome but decided not to attempt doing it myself so I searched around for a shop that I could drop off the motorhome and have it done. Moises was outstanding to work with. I explained what I had and what I needed and he said no problem let me give you a quote. Quote was great so we scheduled the work. He called to confirm Friday about what time I would be arriving on Monday. After dropping it off he confirmed when it would be ready. The next afternoon it was done; ahead of schedule and on budget. Got up there to pick it up and the installation was perfect and the interior was clean and everything was in its place. It's been years since I have found this level of customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend them for your upholstery needs.

This is our second time using a Family Affair RV rental. We've always had a great experience with this company. The owners are professional and very friendly. The rental process is extremely easy. The RVs and trailers are very nice and in great condition. I highly recommend this company.

Moeses the owner was very accommodating with our pick up time request. He was informative and walked us through the instructions on how to use the RV. His RV was very clean and well-taken care of. His prices are fair and affordable. He is transparent and there was very good communication. He is true to his word and never cancelled on us. We were in good hands and we like that we are supporting a locally owned business. I'd rent from them again. Thank you for the hospitality!

We had a great trip hauling "A family affair's" travel trailer down to Disneyland with my wife and kids. Since I hadnt hauled a travel trailer before, I let the owner know that I had a full size v-6 truck but was nervous about what kind I could haul with that size truck. The owner recommended a medium size one with bunk beds for my kids. It was an absolute delight! We will absolutely use them again!

This family business was great to work with. The owner was very clear on the directions. He let me record him speak of the reminders. We had no issues with the rental. FYI, They don't have minivan conversions

Our family had booked several RV spots all next to each other for our annual camping trip at Eagle Lake 6 months prior and the day before our departure one of our family's trailer had a failure that prevented them from going. While calling around for possible repairs I found out they could rent a trailer and still attend. These folks were very helpful and accommodating in a pinch! Saved their vacation! Thank you!

This place is a Great place to rent an RV. The employees are very nice and super accommodating. We rented the mini Winnie and are having a great time. The RV is clean and in good shape and they explained how everything works.It was a great experience all around and we will definitely be renting from these guys again.

Nothing but a great experience, renting from them. Everything was streamlined. They walk you through everything and answer all questions. The process was simple. I honestly will never go back to Cruise America again. My family and I had a great time camping. Everything was as they said it was. I appreciate them so much and will definitely be back. If you're looking for a rental for camping or otherwise, I highly recommend them.

We rented Thor the 26' RV from Moises and George this past weekend. It was perfect for what we needed. The guys did a great job getting us set up and on the road. Very friendly and helpful when we came to pick up the trailer. Our trailer was waiting for us when we got there and were in and out in 30 minutes The trailer was clean and fully loaded when we picked it up. Easy drop off. We dropped off the trailer and were out in 15 minutes. Our deposit was credited back to us within 24 hours. Website was easy to use and they followed up quickly with all of the needed information for use of the trailer.
