Service my BMW here for years, while not the cheapest option, I trust these guys with my bike safety and performance. Also just purchased a 2024 Triumph Tiger GT Pro from Connor and he was super to work with from test riding a couple of bike through the purchase and set up process. Highly recommend.

This dealership held a test ride event. I signed up online, designating the specific bike I wanted to test ride. I got an automated confirmation, followed up by a personal email confirmation.I rode two hours to the test ride, and when I checked in, I was told that they didn't have the model I signed up for. Very frustrating and disappointing. If a dealer's competency is questionable for something as straightforward as inventory control, then how can I trust their competence in the care and maintenance of a very complex motorcycle? Answer: I can't.

I don't give reviews often but A&S Motorcycles have changed my perception of purchasing bikes. I have been in the market for a new bike for about 3 months now, and visited 5 different dealerships. A&S was the only place that provided the service and attention I was looking for. Sales was fantastic, I never felt pressured or rushed to purchase a bike. I would generally consider myself as skeptical when it comes to anything sales related. But there was a respectful boundary between me poking around and looking at different bikes and getting someone's attention to get answers for my questions. Loved the interior of the building, it doesn't feel like some pristine hospital like setting nor does it feel like they neglected it. It genuinely has character to it. I opted to stay there during my service appointment (4 hours) and felt pretty comfortable. It's hard for me to go anywhere else after doing business with A&S.

Went to this place because of Tim he was an awesome chill guy.I started looking at a triumph tiger and wanted to test ride it. First hassle. I get the insurance thing for all the gear but still an annoyance. They did have gear available for use. Eventually was able to test ride and decided to purchase the bike. Second issue the bike had a sale price on it as a clearance bike. I thought I was buying it at the sale price. However after the sale was done I was at home an the contract did not have the sale price as advertised. My fault I should have paid more attention to what I was signing. I was excited to purchase a bike But I didn't think they would be that shady. Now come to the service side of them. The first service went well, paid and left. Decided to perform the second service myself (more than capable).Next problem the manual is a subscription base use. Pay every month instead of purchasing a copy.SMH. Ok well purchased the subscription and started the service. I found the exhaust camshaft broken and called A and S. Short story to that I was told get lost because I dare to touch my bike. After that I decided to cancel my extended contract. I had to take time off work to go into them to get it canceled. That was in January. Now in March the transaction still is not complete. Not a chance I'll give them business again.

It is with tremendous regret that I write this review. I have been a customer of A&S for over ten years. In that time, I have spent hundreds of dollars having my BMW's serviced by them. Tim will always be like a BMW GOD in my humble opinion. But over the last couple of years, I have noticed a disturbing change in their attitude towards servicing older BMW's, like the ones that I typically buy. I am not a wealthy person. I am a school teacher. I am not someone that can afford to buy a new motorcycle, which is why I prefer older BMW's. I have owned three K bikes in my lifetime, a K100, K75C and now, a K1200rs. K-bikes are world renowned for being mechanically bulletproof and able to ride tens of thousands of miles with only routine maintenance. Moreover, they are extremely affordable once they reach a certain age. I purchased my 2002 K1200 for $3000 and it had only 17k miles. In addition to being virtually indestructible, most maintenance can be performed by the owner. For the maintenance that I could not perform, I have always used A&S. Recently, I needed them to replace a few hoses, fuel lines that were difficult for me to reach. Also, I needed them to use their BMW 'special tool' for the BMW hose clamps. Having looked at the procedure in an authorized repair manual, the job didn't seem to be very difficult, but I thought, better to have A&S do the work, even though they are not inexpensive. On previous occasions, I would call A&S service, let them know what I needed, and they would CALL me back with a quote within a couple of days. I would setup the appointment to bring the bike in, which was usually the same or following week, and the work would get done without issue. This time, I didn't get a call back, I got a TEXT MESSAGE saying they wouldn't be able to help me out until sometime in NOVEMBER! I immediately called them and spoke to their service manager. I told him that November was out of the question because I was A) a school teacher and school starts in August and B) The motorcycle is my only form of transportation (I haven't owned a car in 12 years). Hence, I begged him to reconsider and see if he could fit me in earlier. He flat out refused. His excuses were, #1: his mechanics were all too busy working on newer bikes, fulfilling their service schedules and didn't have time to work on mine, and #2: he didn't have enough mechanics who were qualified to work on older bikes. My bike is 22 years old. And while that may sound like an old bike to many, the fact is that BMW's, K-bikes in particular, have all followed a pattern in their design for decades. Yes, there are significant differences between a 2024 and a 2002, but the notion that someone trained to fix the former is incapable of fixing that latter is a JOKE. He said that he had only one mechanic that had the necessary training and experience to fix a bike as old as mine. Since I didn't know or trust anyone else to work on my bike (I do now, more on that later). I asked when he thought the majority of the servicing of the newer bikes that occupied his mechanics' time, would be complete. He said around the end of SEPTEMBER. I asked "if his mechanics' obligations to the newer bikes would be complete in SEPTEMBER, why did they tell me they couldn't help me until NOVEMBER?" His answer was straight out a politician's handbook, "I can't guarantee we'll be able to work on it until then."I've been riding bikes for awhile and there are two ways that mechanics typically use to get out of working on your bike, they either give you a service date that is outrageously long or they give you a quote that is outrageously expensive. (This seems to be an attitude that is gaining popularity amongst factory BMW shops in general. I was told by a shop in Florida that they would not do anything more than brakes or tire replacement on a BMW ten years or older). In other words, A&S has taken the attitude that older BMW's aren't worth their time. Put another way, owner's of older BMW's are being punished because their bikes run forever. He didn't care that I was a school teacher that needed their help to perform my vital task of helping his and his neighbor's children to develop into responsible and productive citizens. For that, I am writing this review. I will never go back to A&S again. Since that experience, I have found a mechanic who was willing to help and did an EXCELLENT job replacing the fuel lines. Even though he's not a certified BMW mechanic, he clearly is more intelligent or better qualified to work on my bike than the so-called 'mechanics' at A&S (except of course TIM the BMW GOD). His name is Dennis and he owns The Do it All Mobile Mechanic in Roseville. I recommend any owner of an older BMW to take your bike to Dennis. Not only did he take care of my bike, he did it at what is undoubtedly HALF the cost A&S and their unqualified mechanics would have charged.Thank you Dennis, and goodbye Tim, I wish there were more of you still around.

To whom it may concern, I just left this place looking to buy an adventure bike, and after looking at the BMW and the Triumph, I asked if someone would answer some questions about the bikes. I was going to test ride the Triumph and these guys were too lazy to put a plate on the bike, and wanted me to strap a fanny pack with a plate on it around my waist then they asked if my jacket had padding in it. I gave the salesman his fanny pack back and told him to dispose of my info that I gave him to test ride the bike. I put my helmet on and jumped on my bike and rode away. I am very disappointed with this shop, I've been riding for over 30 years and owned a lot of bikes but this place lost a sale today, this was a horrible experience.
