I bought the ten class groupon for 30$ and will definitely be back for more. The classes are inviting and it's us a great work out. Agi is a great instructor. He is very motivating and helpful. I'm glad I got to try Mua Thai. He makes it easy, fun, and exciting. Looking forward to coming back for more.

8 Limbs Fighting Academy is an awesome workout! Many students come wanting a good cardio workout and leave with great technique in the art of Muay Thai. All of the students have a great rapport and the workout is hard yet fun. They have a cardio room and weights that can be used to supplement the workout. They also have a wrestling academy there that offers a great ground game from 2 outstanding coaches.

8 Limbs has been the best experience in learning Muay Thai and exercising. I've been one of those people who would go to the gym lift weights for a few months and get bored of the same routine. Luckily, I was able to find this gym and it has made such a difference in my life. I would come twice a week, but because the instructor, Agi, changes up the classes constantly I try to come as many days as I can because I learn something new each time. The atmosphere is very welcoming and everyone there is always so helpful. There's no egos there and everyone is treated with respect from the guys that have been training for years to the person who's taking their first class.I think the best thing is that Agi teaches Muay thai in the traditional sense that it was meant for self-defense but also modifies it for those who are looking to fight competitively. Overall it continues to be a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get in shape without dealing with boredom of going to fitness club.

Hands down the best experience I could have hoped for my son! I can't imagine a better gym or better instructors for my son. He attended classes here for four months before we moved to a new location. Before signing him up, I looked around at all of the different martial arts classes in Elk Grove. Eight Limbs had the smallest class sizes (and my son got a lot more 1 on 1 attention than he would have at other places), they had the best prices, and they are amazing with kids, and they REALLY learn Muay Thai. In four months my son went from knowing nothing to entering his first tournament. Everyone at the gym is very close knit and they treated my son, and my wife and me, like family. The kids there all have a wonderful camaraderie with each other. Everyone is friends and respectful to each other. One of the hardest part of leaving Elk Grove was leaving this gym. They weren't easy on my son when it came to training, either; they made him condition hard, and train hard (which I liked), and he loved it! He looked forward to every class, and he always came home and wanted to practice more. I have him in another Muay Thai class in my new area, but I really miss Agi. It's not the same. I don't know if we'll ever find another gym where he will get such good 1 on 1 training, be pushed to train as hard, and where it feels like such a close-knit family.

8 Limbs FA is a great place to learn Muay Thai and get an intense workout. The instructor, Agi is knowledgable, friendly and engaging. He really knows how to teach and motivate without having an inflated ego or being macho. My daughter started taking the kid's class in January and loves it. Agi got me to try the classes a few months later, and I have been hooked ever since. I always learn something new AND get a tough, tough workout. The adult classes are well attended by males and females of various ages. Now that they have joined with the wrestling academy, they can offer the full MMA training experience too.

8 Limbs Fighting Academy is partners with the Elk Grove Wrestling Academy and provides VERY affordable instruction in Muay Thai, Mix Martial Arts and Wrestling. It is a great place to train. They have a diverse student enrollment. They are easy going and family oriented. You will get a GREAT work out!!! Did I mention that this is the only school in the area that offers Muay Thai, Wrestling and MMA all in the same house. Pretty cool!!!!

Great place to train and have a fun/excellent workout! I'm loving it so far and I'm really glad I gave it a try. Great Muay Thai technical training for all levels. The personal attention is great and I love the comfortable and friendly atmosphere. I definitely recommend checking it out. I've trained all over the place (LA, Orange County, Inland Empire, Las Vegas, and now Nor Cal) so I know quality when I see it! It's always great to see an instructor who really cares about his students and is dedicated to helping them succeed with their individual goals!
