This is a family business. That cares about their customers. They go above and beyond. I personally had a problem with a sofa.As soon as I spoke with the owner, he immediately took care of me. Everyone who works at 209 furniture feels the same way. Customers are very important. Even the delivery of our furniture was a great experience. I stand by 209 furniture all the way. I feel confident in recommending.

The customer service is top tier! They have lots of furniture to choose from and they work with different budgets. They gave me a price when I first went in the second time I went in I applied for financing and got approved within 5 minutes. I got payments, delivery, set up, etc done within maybe 20-25 minutes of being there. I absolutely loveeee my new bedroom set. I will be back to furnish my living room and my kitchen next! Also huge shoutout to Jessie absolutely the best service he helped me with everything. Plus did set up and delivery. Thank you so much 209 Furniture I will be referring people and I will be back!!

We bought three beautiful sofas and the movers took our old sofa and other junk for free. Love them so much.

Best customer service, we went in looking for a mattress & they didn't have what we were looking for in stock. As we were walking out we seen this couch. I took a picture of it in store. The price was really good as well! My husband and I the chaise on the other side & Manny made that happen! He also let us know it would take about a week & a half to get it in stock & delivered. We received the couch in 5 DAYS! The delivery guy - Jesse- was on time, and very polite. It was also raining when the couches were being delivered & he took extra precautions to make sure they didn't get damaged! The best part, the couches look BETTER than what we ordered in store. I love this furniture distribution center! They have custom-made my sectional to fit my living space and had upholstered just as I asked. Basel is awesome he's very knowledgeable and honest about the furniture he sells! I've been his customer for a long time!

Don't let the exterior stop you from checking this place out if you're looking for furniture. It's what is inside that surprised me. It's small but full of choices and everything is fine quality furniture. I got one custom built couch and a sofa loveseat set. Manny was helpful and straight talking. No pressure and answered every question I had. After I checked some other stores I decided 209 Furniture had the best prices. The buying process was smooth, and delivered when promised and we even made arrangements for them to take our old furniture away. I highly recommend 209 Furniture!

I had gone online and was trying to find a very specific sized section for our long but narrow living room. Not only did I need a specific size, I also needed something that would hold up to my three high energy kids, our cats and our dogs. The fabric needed to withstand our cats' claws and take spills. Everything I was finding was $5-10k and definitely not the amount of money I wanted to spend on a sectional that my kids will use and abuse. Manny was so helpful and took lots of time working out the measurements of the room and the sectional. He was really patient and kind and friendly with my three kids. He talked to us about the different products in the store and we also ended up buying a bed. I'm really excited about the new sectional because my kids who have sensory processing disorder were in love with the fabric we chose. I also really think it will hold up to cats' claws. The prices were so reasonable that even if for some reason the sectional doesn't hold up, and I feel like it will, I'm not going to cry over having to replace it in a couple years. I definitely recommend going here!

Just bought our tenth piece of furniture from here. Manny is definitely the one to go to. He can help customize your couch with the different fabrics and designs. We come from Sacramento to see him for all of our furniture needs. There's a cool touch screen tv that has their catalogue where you can search for what you want.
