This place is cute and the beds are very comfortable, definitely memory foam. There was a mini fridge and two sinks. The fireplace was cute! We had a nice quiet stay and the view of the golf course was great! The continental breakfast was just prepackaged pastries so I wouldn't call that breakfast. Very quaint and worth the price!

This a cute place to stay. My sister lives in town and I like having a place to stay when I come and visit.

Stayed here recently to attend a wedding in the area, and chose it because it was on the accommodations list suggested by the bride and groom. It was affordable, close proximity to the wedding, and had available rooms for my procrastinating ass who booked the day before. Our room was directly above the lobby. It's a cute, unique, 3-story building that looks more like a quaint inn. The lobby closes very early and there aren't many services provided, so you're pretty much on your own if you have an issue after hours, need a wine opener or any restocking, etc. The staff we checked in with was far from friendly and seemed like we were bothering them when we checked in and out. They offer packaged pastries and fruit in the morning. The room itself was fine.... outdated décor, but clean, spacious, and fine. Bed wasn't the softest. When we first walked in, the room REEKED of herbal aromas. It was overwhelming to us and to any other friends who stepped into the room. I felt like I was hotboxing in the room before the wedding. I don't know what was going on but if you are 420-friendly, ask for the room above the lobby! In a little town without many options, this may be the best one. The 3 rating best describes my experience - not any better, not any worse.

Hey, when you're the only game in town you could be a whole lot less, but 10th Green Inn was all that I needed. The new innkeepers were so friendly. Thanks Janelle and William! I was in the area for a nearby art exhibit and 10th Green Inn was more than just convenient it was REALLY convenvient. While this is definitely not a 5-star experience, it's inexpensive, the rooms are large, free WiFi, microwave, mini-fridge, and in-room coffeemaker are all a bonus. Yep, it's funky and by my standards that's okay. If you golf, boat, fish, or want to enjoy the great outdoors in Calaveras County then this is the perfect location. It actually sits right on the La Contenta Golf Course - a public/private course which I'm told has some of the best greens going. Nearby lakes make this a boating and fishing paradise. And 10th Green Inn is right in the middle of it all. Each of the rooms has a different decor. Can accommodate couples, friends, families. I did mention to the innkeepers that the mattresses are a bit hard and Hwy 126 has lots of traffic, but I would definitely stay here again. Met a couple who visits from Washington state and they are regulars. I am clear, it's not for everyone but that's okay...just means I won't have trouble getting a room when I need one. They were sold out the night I visited.

Comfortable and homey. A very good place to relax. Like visiting at a family member's home. Sure, some wear and tear on furniture but plenty of personality, clean and in a lovely setting.

The place is a Dump, The plumbing fixtures were all loose and flopping in the shower and wet bar sink, It smelled like a wet dog when I walked in. opened the window and that helped, The mattress was the worse I think I have ever slept on, Lorrie was very nice and helpful, the room was cheap and it worked for the 2 nights I needed a place to stay, I'm just glad my girlfriend wasn't with me, she wouldn't have wanted to stay here.

This place is a pit. We came here at it was 106 outside- it was also 106 in our room. The room looks like it hasn't ever been cleaned. The windows were covered in spider webs with dead flies caught in them. Our sheets and blankets on our insanely tacky bed had chew marks through them... from rats??? Checking in was a nightmare, because the 'lady' checking us in, in addition to being STONED OUT OF HER MIND, said "why are you here?". "Checking in". "OH.". It's a little worrisome when the front desk is wondering why you're there...My friend also was staying here on the same weekend and her room was located directly over the lobby. The smell of weed was so strong, I couldn't be in the room for too long. But hey- if you're into it- you can get a free high if you stay there!!Our bathroom door wouldn't shut and the towels were a size that would be appropriate for toweling off a Yorkie puppy.DO NOT STAY HERE

Stayed here while we attended a wedding in valley springs. The room was very clean and quaint! We had a huge suite with a great working ac, fire place, kitchenette, and 2 big recliners. The room was clean and the beds were comfy! The room is nothing fancy, like other reviews say its like staying in grandmas spare bedroom, but we were very happy with the room and it did the job for the 1 night we needed it! Would definitely stay here again!

Very cozy and right on the golf course. Great nights sleep. Staff was very pleasant. Only recommendation I have is to please clear away the spider webs from stairwell...
