We came here to celebrate my birthday and ordered the NY steak strip, tuna tartare, and sweet corn cream. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary yummy bread and deviled eggs and while the steak and tuna dishes were only decent, the sweet corn cream was amazing, hahaha. We were also intrigued to try one of their salads and lobster linguine. We were helped by Valentina and she was absolutely wonderful as well, making the experience overall very pleasant and enjoyable. One big downside, however, were the women's restroom. There were 3 stalls but none of them had toilet paper properly installed. Instead, the roll was sitting on the floor, which is a bit disgusting. Also, the lightbulb needed replacing in the last stall so customers don't have to pee in semi-darkness. My rating doesn't reflect how I feel about their restroom, which probably only deserves 1 star. Well, I'll come back for the food and the service and make sure I use another restroom first before coming again, haha.

I tried to submit a complaint on your website but it just went into an infinite loop and would not submit. This is not surprising because your STK Bellevue location couldn't do anything right either. Here is my complaint. Please review. This is about the worst experience and food I have ever had:Back on Mother's Day, I took my wife and mom to STK Bellevue and had an overall good experience. Since today was Father's Day, we made a reservation for 6:30pm for dinner at STK Bellevue for 8 people (2 could not make it), so we had dinner for myself (the father), my wife, my son, my stepson, his wife and his cousin.I am not one to complain, and did not do so at the restaurant because we like uninterrupted meals and go with the flow, but this was THE WORST dinner, THE WORST experience and just the MOST STUPID PRICING for garbage food ever. Here's how it went.We got to the restaurant at 6:27pm and were seated promptly at a table that was right by the entrance. It was cold and blustery outside so whenever the door opened, we had cold air blowing in on us. At 7:04pm, after SITTING WITH NO SERVER FOR 37 MINUTES, NO WATER, NOBODY, a busperson walked by and asked if we had been helped yet. A busser. (And just to let you know, I have my BA degree in Hospitality from WSU and worked as a manager in the industry for 12 years, so I know how to run a restaurant, which apparently the manager at this store does not know how to do). After 41 minutes, we finally got a server. She took a drink order. Finally, My mouth was dry as a bone and I could finally get some water. I won't draw this out longer but here is what was wrong on the visit line item by line item:37 minutes to be acknowledged at our table41 minutes waiting for a server51 minutes to get a glass of water and drinksBread for the table that had the most oversalted butter ever and was only about 1/3 of the way baked. Basically raw.My 10oz filet I ordered medium well came out BUTTERFLIED, well done and turned into a hockey puck. Ando to top that off, it was cold. What professional steakhouse butterflies a filet????My wife's 6 oz filet she ordered medium came out WELL DONE and the streak was wrecked. Her steak was served cold as well, like it was sitting out for 20 minutes. My daughter in law had filet/lobster tail and the lobster was so overcooked it was like a chewing a tire and she couldn't eat itMy stepson ordered is del monico steak medium rare and it came out bleu. like basically rawMy son had halibut in chips (FOR $69 for 2 tiny frozen halibut pieces and my son said it tasted like sand....really, $69 for 2 tiny pieces of fish??? Yes, I have photos)Busser spilled his water on his fish and couldn't eat it anymore, dinner was wrecked3 of the 6 plates had big chips missing on the plateshalf of the silverware knives had big chips out of the handles (steak knives)Get this one.....the restaurant was out of straws. All of the drinks were not mixed and the waitress just said they ran out of straws and didn't even bring a spoon we could stir them with (isn't that kind of a logical this to do??)My son's mocktails had so many mint leaves thrown in he could barely choke it down because it tasted so bad. And for $12 for a mocktail that has soda water, mint leaves and a little flavoring is ridiculous.THE PRICES YOU CHARGE ARE ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I could have gone to an actual decent steakhouse that actually knows how to cook a steak for half the prices of your joke of a food establishment.MY BILL FOR 6 PEOPLE WAS $740 BEFORE TIP. With this experience and garbage food quality, you should have paid us to eat it and drink it. We did tip the waitress who was pretty nice because service staff does work hard and needs a good tip. In the end, it was almost $900 for the absolute worst dining experience I have had in my life and I am livid. My question is, what are you going to do about this?

The food was definitely wayyyyyyy overpriced for the quality you get. We ordered from the happy hour menu and also got their advertised 9.99 wagyu burger. From the HH menu we ordered popcorn chicken, lil burger with fries, and beef tartare. The lil burger was a tiny burger with i would say 7 pieces of fries. Popcorn chicken.... sorry but chick fil a nuggets tastes better. The beef tartare - the chip that it was served on was so overpowering that the beef was hidden in the background. As for the burger, I would say the price is decent for what you get. The meat quality is great! The burger itself was ... meh.Service and atmosphere is great - but I most likely would pass next time since the food is not the best.

I like El gaucho better. Steak had no flavor not moist or juicy. I even go the special butter but it did not help. The bread was indeed very delicious though.

The meal was delicious but the policy of not allowing separate checks caused a real problem. Split the bill evenly was the servers only suggestion and that resulted in myself paying a bar tab for the other diners. I did not order any drinks. With this policy I would never eat at STK again. Expensive, bad steaks, bad drink, poor service. If the server hadn't dumped water on me, or if they'd taken something off our bill because, hey, we're sorry about spilling water on you, it would have been two stars (fun ambience, good tuna tacos)Our meal tonight at STK Bellevue started out so well and by the end, we were out $350 and we couldn't wait to leave. We were very excited to come here on a Saturday night at the tail end of Seattle Restaurant Week - we love SRW and spend hours researching which restaurants we want to go to, either through SRW or afterwards. We were promptly seated at a great table and our drink order went in as well as a request for appetizers. We liked the fun floral decor, the music, the sparkly pink and multicolored LED lighting. And then the food started arriving...The calamari was overcooked, very brown and chewy, and "out of a bag" says dining partner. Sauces were uninspired. I appreciated that it came out searingly hot along with two freshly blistered shishito peppers; the fried Thai chiles that came with it were incendiary and didn't enhance the dish.Dining partner's Old Fashioned took a long time to arrive and was really watery and one-dimensional, certainly not an interesting or worthwhile $22 cocktail. We decided to get the SRW menu ($65 pp) as it looked intriguing and it's what got us in the door to try the restaurant. We were very happy with our other two appetizers. The tuna tacos were delicious, three crispy taro shells holding guacamole and a generous amount of diced tuna garnished with microgreens. The half dozen oysters were fresh and tiny - possibly Kumamotos? - and the cocktail sauce, a you-mix-it ketchup with grated horseradish on top, was fabulous. Several tiny shell pieces in the oyster, maybe more than expected, but the oysters were very petite so maybe difficult to shuck? The mignonette was meh, very heavy on the vinegar. The salmon was OK but slightly overcooked and the cloyingly sweet maple chipotle sauce extracted joy from the fish. Two split cherry tomatoes in a smear of olive paste and three stems of broccolini garnished the dish. The guys both ordered medium rare steaks and they came out seared on the outside and completely raw all the way through - you know, when it's 1/8 of an inch of sear and the rest is just cold raw meat. Both steaks had to go back. When they came out, they'd been replated with the same damn potatoes which were now cold and the steaks - the same steaks, cooked some more - were more on the medium side then on the medium rare side. Served with another super sweet sauce that didn't enhance the food. Dining partner didn't even finish his potatoes... and he loves potatoes. But no one loves a cold potato with their overcooked steak.Mac & cheese was bland, truffle fries were OK and came out hot which was great. And while I was waiting for their food, and my salmon was getting cold - our waitress dumped a good glug of water down my back while doing refills. She realized what had happened and brought me a napkin, but it had soaked through my sweater and into my shirt and there was no drying off to be had, especially with a stain-proof non-absorbent napkin. She was very good about keeping our glasses refilled, which we all appreciated, and attentive about service. Bussing was so eager to pull plates from our table that the busser pointedly asked me to move so she could get at the plates - sorry, that's not what is done for good service. You could tell there was pressure to turn our table sooner rather than later. We'd all ordered Apple Crumble and it was terrible, probably made at some factory foodservice place offsite, oddly crisp preserved apples soaked in some type of Expandex tapioca starch glop, a "dessert" that was more sweet thick sauce than fruit, and somewhere in the middle of the goo was the occasional crunchy bit of crumble. It was closer to canned apple pie filling than anything with fresh apples (and we're in Washington - we have excellent apples here.) The ice cream was by far the best part but none of us finished the dessert, and we all love apple based desserts. During dessert the restaurant dropped the lights, passed out extremely syrupy shots, and cranked the music up to 94 db. This may or may not constitute fun for you :-)When our bill came, we were stunned to see that there was no "gee, we're sorry water got dumped on you" factored in. I was cold, wet, and wanted to go home. We paid the bill and got the hell out.

Checked out this establishment during Seattle Restaurant Week. The place (bar area) was surprisingly busy for a Tuesday night. Our hostess sat us in a quieter area without being asked, which we appreciated. The place has a cool, modern vibe with interesting art work. Love the red bull greeting you as you walk in, the ceiling and wall designs. The manager came to our table to check in on us while waiting for our food and he noticed the parking ticket on our table and offered to validate it for us. Thought that was a nice touch.I ordered from the Seattle Restaurant Week menu, while my companion ordered from their regular menu.Seattle Restaurant Week Menu -- 3 course meal, $65- Starter: Tuna Tartare Tacos (3) - haas avocado, taro shell, soy-honey emulsion - tartare was bland. I asked my companion's lime from his Mule drink in hopes of adding some flavor.- Entrée: Steakhouse Skirt 8 oz., confit fingerling - parmesan gremolata - chimichurri sauce. Our server asked if I wanted some toppings or special butter with it (for an extra charge). I said I would think the chimichurri sauce would be sufficient. She said, "but the steak is only cooked in salt and pepper" and asked me again if I wanted toppings or butter. I felt she was pushing the extra charges to up her tip. I passed on it. I wanted to taste how they season the their steak as is.- Dessert: Baked Apple Crumble with salted caramel ice cream (according to the menu, but the ice cream was vanilla which is fine). The turn off was it was served with a fork. Our server said she looked everywhere but couldn't find a spoon. It was a Tuesday night and not very many diners. How can a restaurant be out of spoons? Needless to say, had to eat the ice cream fast before it melted because you know, one can't scoop up ice cream with a fork. My companion ordered a STK Mule ($9) and for his entrée, Braised Beef Short Rib - creamed potatoes - roasted pepper relish - crispy shallots - red wine glaze ($54).STK Mule - belvedere organic ginger & pear, green chartreuse. fresh lime, fever tree ginger beer - good mule! They have interesting cocktail menu. I wouldn't mind going back and trying a few.Braised Beef Short Rib - it was good, meat was tender (as expected), but nothing to rave about. My companion said the creamed potatoes tasted like it was powder potatoes in a packet.

STK Steakhouse in Bellevue is a true gem for those seeking a culinary experience that seamlessly blends the elegance of fine dining with the comfort of classic American cuisine. During my recent visit, I had the pleasure of indulging in both their oysters and hamburger, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed.Let's start with the oysters. Each one was a testament to the freshness of the sea, served impeccably chilled and accompanied by a variety of tantalizing sauces that elevated the flavor profile to new heights. The presentation was also top-notch, with each shell gleaming like a precious gem on the plate. Now, onto the hamburger. The juicy, flavorful beef patty was cooked to perfection, boasting a delectable char on the outside while remaining tender and succulent on the inside. The toppings were thoughtfully chosen, adding layers of texture and taste that complemented the richness of the meat without overwhelming it. And let's not forget about the bun - soft, yet sturdy enough to hold all the components together without falling apart. In addition to the stellar food, the ambiance of STK Steakhouse is simply enchanting. The sleek, modern décor exudes sophistication, while the warm, inviting atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The attentive staff further enhance the dining experience, providing impeccable service with a genuine smile. While STK Steakhouse may be renowned for its steaks, their oysters and hamburger certainly deserve a spotlight of their own. Whether you're in the mood for an indulgent seafood appetizer or a satisfying burger, STK is the place to be. I cannot recommend it highly enough - a true culinary delight in the heart of Bellevue.

Fun happy hour! Outdoor patio seating is cute but chilly. Tater tots were my fave happy hour item. They are HUGE! Complimentary glass of sparkly. Service was terrific even being the only table outside.
