Amazing food and serviceWent to celebrate Wedding Anniversary and made us feel appreciated from the moment we walked in with a congrats card to message on our desert. Steak 44 went above and beyond with unreasonable hospitality.

The wait staff is extremely pretentious. The food is quality. Staff needs guidance.Great location, excellent service from front door to table.

Party of 6 and we were all pleased. Drinks are not only made well but generous. The bread in the skillet didn't last long...it was Devine! I had a wedge salad and it was great. Also, the filet(cooked perfectly) corn and mashed potatoes were great as well. I will say I will pass on the truffle fries next visit...not bad, but not what I expected...We ordered the chocolate cake and key lime pie for the table and both were wonderful! Service couldn't have been more on point. We left full and truly felt like we had been "somewhere".

Exceptional service, elegant dining experience, absolutely delectable meal - you can't go wrong at Steak 44! Steaks are delicious, cooked to perfection, the sides are served family style - great for sharing! We are a big fan of their mac n cheese, creamed spinach and crème brûlée corn. Any and all appetizers are worth tasting. Drinks are divine! Steak 44 is perfect for celebrating work, relationships and any special occasion!

Love it here and their sister restaurant Ocean 44!! Every time we come here, they have great service and phenomenal food. My boyfriend and I love to get their asparagus side as our appetizer. I prefer seafood over red meat so I ordered their scallops but my boyfriend's steak was 10/10.This place has valet option but you could try to snag a parking spot by the other local shops nearby.

Shout out to Joyce W. After seeing her review of Steak 44, which is the street they're located on in Phoenix. I had to make reservations since I was in town only for a few nights. Btw several of the family members here are founders of Mastro's empire who sold the chain to a private equity firm in 2007 and is now under the family of restaurants by Laundry's. I checked in and was seated immediately and was sat near the bar. It was on the loud side with the music, and the bar was at capacity. Ordered a bottle of cabernet, appetizer of crispy shrimp, and a complimentary warm dish of yummy bread. I went for the dry aged 22 oz rib eye, fresh branzino with lemon butter, asparagus, pan-fried wild mushrooms, and cream Brule corn. For dessert, we had the Ultimate warm vanilla caramel cake (aka - butter cake). The food and service were outstanding.Definitely suggest reservations, and they have sister restaurants in Del Mar and Beverly Hills named Steak 48 - due to Arizona is the 48th state of the U.S.

I was traveling to town and a friend of mine told me about this place so of course me being a steak guy, had to try it out. It was our boy 50th birthday so there was 4 of us. I reserved a table just in case it was busy and I'm glad I did because they were. We arrived a few minutes early and they still sat us down right away. The hostess greeted us right away and was very nice. When we sat down they brought us water right away. Our waiter Jonathan greeted us right away as well and gave us the specials and took our drink order. We didn't have any appetizers so maybe next time. We ordered a bottle of red wine which was very good, but a little expensive. I believe the cheapest bottle between the Pinot, Merlot, and Cabs were $140 or $150. Don't be price shocked if you are looking at buying a bottle. We all ended up ordering steaks (Petit Filet, Bone in Filet, Ribeye, and NY Strip. Our sides were Brussel Sprouts, loaded baked potato, and the whipped Praline Sweet Potato. The steaks came out on very hot plates so don't touch. All of our steaks were cooked perfect (med rare and one well done). They had great flavor and were very tender, like butter. The sides tasted great as well. The sprouts weren't over cooked and cut to the right size with bacon. Who doesn't love bacon. The sweet potato was amazing and I'm not a big fan normally but these were whipped softly and tasted great. I eat at a lot restaurants including steak houses, this by far is my number one place right now. If you travel to Phoenix and are looking for a steak, go here. Lastly, the place looked very nice, the staff including the manager which checked in with us to see if we were good, are amazing. Our waiter Jonathan, kudos to him for being a professional, knowledgeable, considerate, attentive, and always checking in on us and seeing if we needed anything. I thank you. We came an hour early due to an issue at our hotel and we were immediately accommodated. This was our first time here but have been to ocean 44 many times. Our server, Delyan, was exceptional, attentive and went beyond to make our experience special. We sat near the bar and it was still intimate and comfortable. The food was amazing like Ocean is. Definitely will request Delyan again!!

First time visit, found it while reviewing other places. This day was a once in a lifetime experience that no other steak restaurant can equal. Order anything it will be perfectly made and unique in its own way . We were here on our wedding anniversary and surprised by a semi private room! There is no steak restaurant in the United States that can come close to their quality of food and chefs. If you go to another steak restaurant you will miss the best meal of your life and all the beautiful people that will help you and serve you. Missing this restaurant and going elsewhere is your mistake of a lifetime. If it costs millions and millions of dollars to eat here it's worth double that.This is a once in a lifetime find. An oasis in Arizona that is worth a trip from the far reaches of the universe. I wish we were younger so we could have so many more perfectly delicious days in our lives to do it again and again. To all the staff and the guests it was a pleasure meeting you all and speaking with you through the meal.. This place deserves a rating of a million stars and more. It was a one day excursion to culinary bliss. We took home bags of food and look foward to a second dinner at home. From our hearts to yours. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou for being the beautiful souls and spirits you are. The music the conversations the whole set up was a beautiful time and place to be why would anyone want it to end? We are not millionaires. You will feel like you are from the first welcome! No where I have ever been has done the experience better than your group. It was dining in paradise. I thank God he brought me here. I needed a day like this in my life. Truly unforgettable, that's were you all are!!!

Steak 44 and Dominick's never disappoint. This is the place to go if you're looking to splurge for something special that is actually worth it. The food is delicious, portions are huge, and most importantly the service does not miss a beat. Everyone from host, server, bussers, managers are helpful and friendly to make your special dinner exceptional. Love steak 44!
